This was my first purchase the Paretti dealership.

This was my first purchase the Paretti dealership. They had a used vehicle in stock that fit what I was looking for. While on the website, Jessica asked about reaching out to me to discuss and answer any questions I might have. We were from out of state, so didn't want to drive to dealership unless was ready to purchase. She made sure all my questions were answered and all was setup for when we arrived. When we arrived, she had the vehicle ready to drive and look over to make sure it was what we had discussed. After that, all left to do was sign the papers, which she had prepared previous to arrival, and we were on our way home with a, new to us, used vehicle. Very easy and painless transaction. It was a pleasure working with Jess.

This was my first purchase into the Land Rover family and Bill could not have made it more seamless. From the test drive, delivery, to driving my new Defender off the lot, everything was flawless. The service at Paretti Jaguar of Baton Rouge is really

The service at Paretti Jaguar of Baton Rouge is really good. You get an appointment within a decent time frame and while you’re there they continuously update you about your vehicle and how long you can expect to wait, etc. They always diagnose any issues your vehicle may have and it get it resolved quickly. I’ve been taking my car there for many years and have always had a nice experience. Shout-out to Val who is very knowledgeable and is always pleasant to deal with!!
