We were advises that they serviced the vehicle when they received it because they don't want to sale bad vehicles or tarnish their brand. We were on the fence already,but Kyle assured us it was serviced and we even purchased a warranty. It appears that they don't care about you unless you purchase a Mercedes. This is horrible, they are all smiles until you purchase, then you are tossed to the side. We are very disappointed in Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge and Kyle. If this is how they trest you we you don't purchase their brand I can only imagine being a regular customer. I would definitely not recommend purchasing here.

Ernestine, we are so sorry you had to wait for a call back from Kyle. This isn't normally how we operate -- returning calls in a timely manner is part of our training. I understand you have spoken with Kyle and you will have your Chevy Tahoe diagnosed by a local Chevrolet dealer. Also, I believe Kyle offered to reimburse you if your vehicle required a battery replacement. PLease keep us in the loop about the battery. I always get the best experience here. Clovis has been my service advisor for 2 years now and he is phenomenal. He’s always available, keeps me in the loop about my car, is extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. He gives nothing less than a 5 star service.
