    Salesman Matt Hill is a true man of his word. He followed up regularly with phone calls, and worked hard to get us a great deal on our 2014 Corvette. The whole buying experience was a pleasure, from start to finish. Matt demonstrated complete respect for us as customers. Matt noted all the details and condition of the car, e-mailed pictures to us, then negotiated a great purchase price. The result was that we drove from Houston TX to Baton Rouge, and took delivery of our car. It was worth the trip. I would definitely buy from Matt and Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge again. First Class all the way !!

    They were very patient and kept me up to date on all of the information that I needed to make the correct decisions when it came to my car. I drive around 4 kids all day everyday and it makes me feel very comfortable to know that they have given me all of the information I need to know. I changed my mind quite a few times about some things so I had to call back frequently and my sales person never got aggravated or unavailable. I would go back and recommend them to anyone.

    I have driven a Mercedes-Benz for the past 18 years and can honestly say I've never even been tempted by another luxury brand.     Have been to MBOBR to have issue with MB Apps resolved issue still exits. I am awaiting whatever updates need to be sent to dealer to manually install on my C-Class, The staff has been very helpful but I want my product to work correctly, I did complain of a scratch left of my truck and Mr Davenport tried to polish scratches out but they are still there,

    I dropped my vehicle off 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me when it will be ready. The vehicle went in for a known issue and it took a week to order parts and now they just called 2 weeks after it was dropped off to tell me the timing belt kit is missing a part. The vehicle is under warranty but they say they don't have a loaner for me. They are wanting to send me to enterprise to rent a Chevy. Looks like this is what I should have bought since we don't seem to be able to get this vehicle back together. My experience from the time I purchased this vehicle from Mercedes of BR all the way to servicing of this vehicle has been less than positive. Josh is a nice guy but I'm just my vehicle back repaired correctly!!
