    Found the car we wanted with the help of two experienced and professional sales people. Quickly negotiated a good price and financing deal and completed the sale. Took delivery of our new Kia Soul, and have had no problems during the first 600 miles during the first week of owning this car. Wife especially likes the Soul--just the right size for her and has a nice ride both around town and on the interstate.

    We stopped in here on a whim, just wanting to look at the Kias. We drove the Sedona van and the Sorento, as we were interested in a little larger capacity car. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the various cars, and answered all our questions about the pro's and cons of each. We debated which one would best serve our needs, and ended up choosing the Sorento because of it being one year newer, and the many upgrades in safety features available. Even though we really had no intention to buy, we were impressed with the quality, performance, and reliability of the car. Our great experience led us to try a lease with this car and this dealership. So far we are very pleased with the choice we have made.

    I have purchased several vehicles through the years. This was one of the very best buying experiences under the circumstances I have had. After a very severe accident with our other KIA we had to replace it. I believe we had a win/win experience with price, quality of the new vehicle and the financing process.

    I have the problem with the radio coming back on during a drive, when I turn it off, sometimes within 60 seconds. Nevertheless, many times during a drive of 30-40. During my last service of the vehicle, I complained about the problem. The service advisor told me that they couldn't recreate the problem but reset the system. That was no help at all. The problem persists and it is annoying, especially when I have a conversation going on with my passenger(s). I don't understand what is to recreate, why they cannot take my word for it that it happens, and why they cannot solve the problem through the process of elimination?

    My husband and I went to the dealership because "Consumer Reports" magazine gave such a glowing review of the Sorento and I was looking for a new SUV. The rep was very patient and walked us through the buying process. Prior to going to the dealer, we did not think we would but today. But we did!! The whole process was accomplished in a professional manner and we are very happy with our new 2017 KIA Sorento.

    I was just as pleased this time as I was the last time I purchased a vehicle at Lee Kia of Ft. Walton Beach. There was no pressure, the finance portion was very easy and the gentleman who assisted was extremely thorough and helpful. My sales associate, Chris Caffey, was as excellent as he was when I purchased from him previously. He was patient, thorough, explained everything in detail, and so very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Lee Kia and Chris!

    I had an awesome experience when purchasing my optima. My husband is out of the country and the dealership made the whole process as painless as possible. Ray McFaden , my sales person, is pretty new to the car selling process but was extremely knowledgable about the features and safety of my vehicle. He made sure I was able to work all the features and made sure I drove away with what I wanted. I went to several different car dealerships before I settled on my optima. I have a tendency to be slightly on the undeciding side when it comes to buying a new vehicle and when I drove the my new car all that went away. It was the car for me.

    The word perfect does not even describe the experience I had yesterday! I have been in the market for a car for awhile, and I have been to several dealerships and had the most horrible experience. Sitting, waiting, being told one thing one minute and then something else the next...then 6 hours latter nothing. Yesterday, I made an internet inquiry in literally 10 minutes I had a phone call, I meet with Nell (AMAZING!!) at 12, and in a matter of 15 minutes she told me what she could do for me. A deal was made! I can not say enough about the customer service Nell provided, and her philosophy of selling cars is on point. She treats others as she would want to be treated if she was buying a car. Joe was also fantastic when signing the paperwork, and answered all my questions!

    I contacted a few dealerships on a Sunday so I could get information first thing on Monday morning. Nell McClaflin was right on it first thing Monday. E mailing, asking relevant questions. I did not have a lot of time to devote as I was working and she was aware of that. We came to a very good arrangement-matching a AAA rate as their guarantee states and getting everything accomplished before I left work and went right over and picked up the new Kia Soul. Nell was totally: professional, extremely efficient, friendly, patient and listened to what I needed. I would /will highly recommend Lee Kia but especially Nell! Thank you Nell

ESPECIALLY AT THE END WHEN SIGNING CONTRACT THEY WILL LIE ON MSRP PRICE AND CHANGE IT WITH DIFFERENT NUMBERS AT THE END, IF YOU HAVE A TRADE IN PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!! THEY ALMOST SCAM MY WIFE INTO TRADING HER CAR ACTING LIKE THEY WAS GONNA PAY OFF THE AMOUNT OWED $4200 AND STILL GIVE US $2500 ADDITIONAL FOR TRADING. COME TO FIND OUT THEY WAS GIVING HER ONLY $2500 FOR HER CAR AND TELLING US WE WAS GETTING $4200 + $2500.. THANK GOD WE CAUGHT THEM ON A SCAM BEFORE WE WALKED OUT WITH TWO PAYMENTS, HER ACTUAL TRDE PLUS HER NEW CAR... LEE KIA LOST A GOOD BUYER WITH A 1.9% APR JUST TO MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK!!!!!!
