I recently had the opportunity to purchase a new Nissan. After shopping and speaking with 3 other dealerships, I have to say my experience at Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan was outstanding. My first interaction was with Josh Tourelle, then the Sales Manager, Mr. Shockley, and ultimately with Zoe the salesperson. Each interaction was professional, polite, and respectful. Two of the other 3 dealerships were unprofessional and downright rude. It almost made me walk away from Nissan. However, Eddie Tourelle was different. I can't say enough nice things about my experience. Highly recommended.

Backs Away From OBVIOUS Warranty ISSSUES
According to Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan ...it is absolutely normal for your exhaust to smell like AMMONIA! I was told they all do-especially the newer models 🙄 Time to take it to another dealership. I've have already been to Eddie Tourelle's 3 times about this issue and hear the same xx. The service manager called me a few days after my 3rd visit to tell me that he had a brand new vehicle arrive with only 2 miles on it that had a strong smell ammonia just like mine does. And then reminded that is normal and not to worry. My vehicle is in tip top shape 😅🤣

This review is concerning a vehicle at our sister store Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Hyundai, not Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan. These stores operate independently. As such, the issue being rated here is one for the manufacturer. Northpark Hyundai's staff has worked to address the issue to the best of their abilities.
Contacted them about a vehicle I was interested in.
Contacted them about a vehicle I was interested in. They got right back to me, said they would get me more information. Then dragged their feet for a week, then let me know it was sold.

Had such a wonderful experience working with Juston Warthen at Eddie Tourelle’s Nissian. He was very patient and knowledgeable about every vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Pathfinder after test driving three new vehicles (one of them twice)

Juston was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He did everything he could to make this transaction easy and without pressure. He handled some of the business of things like insurance and Sirius account transfers for me. We had an enjoyable time together. Bottom line is I didn’t come in to buy a car, but I bought a car. Something in the experience made me decide to do that.
