Horrible Service department
The service department is completely incompetent and lazy. They will not try to solve any problem and don't do any leg work for the customer. They do not communicate or follow up.
Good morning Mr. Laborde, Our parts department reached out to Hyundai again to get an updated ETA on your part. As we mentioned to you yesterday, the part is on national backorder. We have contacted other Hyundai dealers in our area and unfortunately, that part is currently not available anywhere in the state of Louisana. Currently, there is no other information to provide you. As soon as the part has been delivered we will contact you to schedule the installation. If there is anything we can do in the meantime, please let me know. Best shopping experience ever!
Just purchased my first new car from Bill Hood. They were very transparent and answered all of my questions. This was the first car buying experience that I have been had where I felt like I was part of their family. I definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase.

Do not buy a car from them. I haven’t had my car for 6 months and it’s already having a lot of problems. I will never buy another car from them again.

Dealership doesn't honor it's word
Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was told the car was sold to someone else. We had numbers, they pulled my credit and the deal was waiting for the return of the vehicle. Second time this has happened to me through Bill Hood. They do not honor their word and when I requested to speak with the OWNER, Bill Hood regarding this issue, was put off and sent to the voice mail of the general manager of Nissan.
Great sales experience!
I’ve been shopping online for a convertible for a fee months. I found the one I thought I wanted at Bill Hood, but the fit wasn’t right. D.J. was very helpful in finding the right car for me. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Bill Hood. Julian in their credit department was phenomenal! Thank you for a great car buying experience.
Viewed website Tuesday, very impressed with prices & available inventory. Walked in Wednesday around 4:00 pm, met salesman Donald Suir, walked around & compared SUV vehicles, met Donald again to test drive Santa Fe, & that was it. Only test drove one car- met Trey in accounting . In less that an hour it was a done deal. Returned Thursday to drive car home after meeting Donald again. With Julie 's help we again went over all the bells & whistles.
The sales rep was friendly and not pushy which made the entire process that much easier.
