Very bad at communicating and dishonest.

Very bad at communicating and dishonest. I drove from Houston to see a vehicle. When I arrived an employee walked with me near to where the vehicle was. There was something not right immediately. The reply was it’s sold. I was shocked after driving 6 hours. I wanted to speak to a manager. When I did finally get someone in management he told me the vehicle went to auction the previous day. I gave him a chance to be honest and he said it wasn’t on property. He didn’t know I was back where the vehicle was. Bad experience!

This dealership was an amazing experience.

This dealership was an amazing experience. My dealer is a close friend and he made sure to find a car for me that was not only reliable but suited my preferences and not to mention a very reasonable price. I definitely will be back in the future for that type of service.

Dealing with Jacob Hendee was totally worth the trip from

Dealing with Jacob Hendee was totally worth the trip from Florida to Louisiana. After introducing himself, and knowing we had been on the road, he brought us each a bottle of water. After that he took us to see our new Bronco Heritage Limited Edition. He took the time to show and explain features on the vehicle and we went for a familiarization ride. He took the time to help transfer our belongings from our old vehicle to the new one.

I was traveling through the area and had issues with the

I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.
