Sales must be all these people are good at. I had a recall on my car. I called to set up a time to get it fixed. Pretty serious recall at that actually. No one wants to drive a vehicle knowing that you could be driving and be killed by your airbags because of a fault from the company. They set me up and appointment. My husband took time off from work to bring the ehicle to the service shop. He was promptly told by a new employee that the recall was not available. They set me an appointment and emailed me a confirmation! Yet they told my husband to leave because they weren’t available. I called all day to correct the matter. I was put on hold, told to call back, told someone will call you. 14 hour later from my first call and no response to their blatant disrespect and unconcern about the products they sell. I have seriously reconsidered buying Ford products or any products from this company.

Absolutely the best dealership and knowledgable sales staff I have ever dealt with. We are in our 60s and felt every single question was answered. Jason was so kind and dealt with a lot of. questions. Brady was such a gentlemen but very good at his sales position. Not only did we get the exact truck we thought of but found a business that showed we were valued as customers a staff that we totally trusted. We would only use your dealership and a lot of this decision is because of Jason and Brady. Marshall and Barbara were also tops.
