Crv battery drain issue addressed
Had a battery drain issue with my 2019 crv, issue was addressed same day, my experience was fantastic from the time I called and when I picked it up. Great caring crew👍

JIM LAIRD was a no presser sales person with good under standing & explaining every thing about the car. Jim was one of the best to make a deal with. But the title person ((John)) was a HIGH presser sales on third party warranty (service contract) Never told it wasn't a HONDA CARE CONTRACT which cost more & covered less then the Honda care contract on the internet. WHY WOULD A DEALERSHIP SALEING NEW & USED HONDA"S SALE THIRD PARTY SERVICE CONTRACTS. JIM LAIRD was good great person to work with & not part of the service contract. but why would Reineke dealership sell a lesser service contract over the better HONDA CARE SERVICE CONTRACT . MR REINEKE better rethink the decision of third party service contracts not explaining they have nothing to do with HONDA CARE. MR REINEKE CALL ME. Your dealership has my phone number.
Called my local Honda dealer Gene Stevens in the morning to service my Honda CRV for an oil change before I and my husband were planning a trip to Florida. Asked for Stacy Feller, got his voice mail and he promptly returned my call. He was able to make our appointment for the same day at 2:00 p.m. We dropped my vehicle off early and said we would be back for it when completed. My call for pickup that service was completed was even actually before 2:00 pm. Fast efficient and courteous service from Stacy always when scheduling service!!

Tried to redeem a oil change certificate
I won a free oil change certificate from a local nonprofit organization . I tried to schedule an appointment to redeem the certificate , after multiple calls and messages over a three day period I was not able to redeem the certificate .
Gene Stevens gets an A+ from me. I bought my 2015 Honda Civic from them new. The salesman was exceptional and Gene Stevens came in to greet me and chat after the deal was finished. I have since had my vehicle serviced twice. the service department was exceptional as well. There is a nice customer lounge in which to wait. The entire service area is spotless. And they always wash the car before it is returned to the customer.
The service met my expectations. They do a great job of keeping you informed during the service process of your vehicle. They get your approval if they need to add something that was not originally part of the service.
Work done on car was satisfactory and done in the right amount of time.
