We came in looking for a truck but had to wait until

We came in looking for a truck but had to wait until funds were transferred to our account . Our salesman Carlos was extremely helpful and patient with us. For all he knew we didn’t have the money and could have stopped staying in touch with us but he didn’t and when he did check in was never pushing the purchase. We felt right at home at Covert Hutto.

This Dealership used to be very good.

This Dealership used to be very good. They have helped out my family in the past for 3 cars for my parents and one for myself. So when I saw a used truck that was in my price range I did not think twice about going in. I came in on a Saturday when they were closed, but a sales man came out told me the truck was in service, and to come back Sunday to check it out and talk. I went in Sunday where I was told the truck was still in service to come on Monday. Monday while at work, the sales person contacted me to get paper work going to make it go faster. After work I went in the first thing is he showed me a Honda hatch back. I said no I'm here for a Truck. I started to leave he stopped me and said lets look for a truck. The truck that was still listed on there computer he told me it was in service. Then he said it was being delivered in the next couple of days. He went to talk to his manager. When he came back he told me the truck I saw on line that they had was going strait to whole sale and they were never going to have the truck in question on there lot. I think this was a pretty shady sales tactic to get people to come just to sale cars they were not looking for or want. On top of all that when he came back from his manager he started calling me by a different name that was no where close to my name.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with the service

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with the service provide on my vehicle and on a timely manner and was given a status update as to where they were at on my vehicle. Definitely recommend them for your car needs.

I purchased a Z71 in September 2023.

I purchased a Z71 in September 2023. For the most part it was a good experience. Quick responses at first and they were ready with the truck as I pulled up to the dealership. Also, the sales process was quick and friendly and I love the truck. However, there is one thing that is a concern with this dealer. I bought a certified used truck and on the inspection papers it said the jack and tire tools were present. They weren't there, and I asked the salesman in 3 different messages over the next month to replace them. He said it would be taken care of each time but nothing ever happened. I've also emailed the dealer with no response other than sales requests. So be cautious that the certified inspections are actually being completed, and in my experience don't expect any service once the sale is complete. I purchased a Z71 in September 2023. I reached out about a car and was contacted rather

I reached out about a car and was contacted rather quickly by text and email. I asked 4-5 times for photos of the car and never received more than just a single photo of the outside of the car. After a few days of asking, I was told the car was going to auction and could not be sold to me. Wish I would have been told this out of the gate and would have moved on to other options I am looking at.

My buying experience with Covert has been second to none!

My buying experience with Covert has been second to none! Jake V. Was my salesman. I was able to do EVERYTHING online, via text, and maybe 3-4 phone calls. Jake was very communicative and helpful. I had a trade so we had that process as well. I inquired on Friday evening, he started the process. On Tuesday, they delivered my new Bronco (4.5 hours away) and took my trade. Literally the EASIEST process ever. (Even with my spouse/co-owner out of town) I would happily refer anyone looking to Covert and specifically Jake. Not to mention the follow up calls and emails to make sure I was satisfied with my car and buying experience.
