As with klb574 on DealerRater review. They cannot be trusted. Had agreement for 43K plus TTL on a 2022 F250 White truck. Handed 1 set of keys to test drive. I asked about the second set. They didn't have them. I asked where did the truck come from. They said auction. Why auction, it was a repo. So one set of keys. I asked where did the truck "live"? Austin. I work in Austin so this may not work. Service manager said they can reprogram new keys. I said that will stop them from taking it but not getting inside. SM said small chance, I said no happened to me. I test drove then went inside. Got the invoice, besides $43K and TTL, they had another $4400 added for "crap" mind you this is a used truck and things like roadside, paint protection, etc was what this $4400 added up to. I said remove the crap fees. Reprogram the new keys and install running boards and you got a deal. They removed the crap and said you pay for reprogramming keys and running boards. I got up and left. Now today, two missed calls from them. Too late, my business goes to another, certainly not Covert anymore. I was willing to accept the price, no negotiating, just the other items.

do not trust this dealerships This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and I have bought ten maybe 15 cars when I was married. I went in on a Sunday at 11:30 after I just lost my 2019 430 to a flash flood. The water took my car in 8 minutes. I am a single female and they 100% advantage of me in my situation. A 2023 BMW 228i was posted at 26k on one website and 27k on another naturally they wouldn't honor my employee discount. The car had been on their lot for 72 days and sent to auction; that information wasn't disclosed until much later. After three and half hours of waiting the sales rep which I won't name comes back with a piece of paper folded to the side. I have never bought a car without my ex husband I specifically since I was putting 12,500 down that i wanted payments no more than 400 a month. He says sign right here best we can do is 669 a month. I am dumbfounded hungry tired and have to be at work in Austin at 8am the next day. I said ok fine signed it sat there another hour and twenty minutes. Then go into finance sign a mans desk who never gave any thing i signed. Then they tell me the cars not there wont be until the next day. My sales rep says he will get it first thing and bring it to me. They did allow me to take home a car so kind I was there until ten minutes before they closed. The next day no one calls me I texted sales rep said hello i will just come by on my way home from Austin. I get there a little after 5 first time I had ever seen the car. Its been a long day paid remaining balance of my down payment money. He gives me keys and says thanks don't forget to give a review. Here you go sir..... i left without one document. The car drove so rough it was awful. Two days into the purchase i take the car to discount tire in Temple they were shocked at how i even drove the car. Three of the four tires ere shredded down to the metal. He said completely unsafe so i by 4 tires 1200. Now I have been asking for my contract. Nothing I had specifically said i did not want their 4k extra seat cleaning whatever, Week two i have back break pads. Still asking for a contract. I get a text from someone asking how my experience and i told them it was HORRIBLE still no contract two days later a sales manager asking me to please come in. They had me sign the wrong papers and failed to send 6269.00 to the lien holder. I received a statement from the lienholder stating i financed 28k. That makes no sense. So i go in and resign papers now the cost 38,000 and the discounted the program that is specifically said i didn't want. At this point I have 5k in the car cost of tires breaks and window tint. So when I told my son who is in fiancé he wanted to look at all the papers i signed but because I asked if I needed to get attorney they won't speak with me now. THE BEST PART IS THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO. I SIGNED PAPERS BECAUSE I TRUSTED THIS DEALERSHIP. I have two separate contracts different numbers one says i had a trade in (DIDNT) and my lien holder never got the 6269. I work for non profit helping people with employment that have disabilities. Unbelievable they can just get away with this and its okay.

Anthony at Hutto Covert Chevy was the most amazing
Anthony at Hutto Covert Chevy was the most amazing customer-focused salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He was responsive and answered all my questions when I called. Then he called me immediately while I was driving to the car lot when the car I was coming to test drive sold. I could have turned around but he quickly found another car for me. Anthony is an honest, hard working salesman that didn’t pressure me; he worked to find what I was looking for. I really appreciated the respect he showed and will definitely continue to work with Cover Chevy because I want to work with him.

I had a very disappointing experience with Covert Chevy.
I had a very disappointing experience with Covert Chevy. After discussing a BMW with them, I was told that we could place a deposit to secure it. However, after spending time at the dealership, I was later informed via a brief text that the car was sold to someone else who signed up for it shortly after we left. The lack of clear communication and the unprofessional handling of this situation is frustrating. It seems they prioritize other customers even after commitments are made. Not a dealership I would recommend if you value your time and clear communication. To make matters worse, I lost valuable time, my credit score decreased as a result of the inquiry, and when I tried to address the issue, the manager Lorenzo Beltran simply told me, "It's just business." We had a handshake deal, but after that, sales consultant Ian Day ignored my calls and left me in the dark. This is a terrible way to treat customers, and I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership.
