I found a used work van at this dealership and I’m very happy with the whole process of buying from this dealership. I called and they sent me the application via email. (I live in Dallas) I was approved then I put a disposit on the van. I did not haggle on the price since it was truly a good deal to begin with. Once I got to there dealership I test drive and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous. Professional and not pushy. They offered all the packages that I could purchase but it was not pushed on me. By far the easiest and most smooth car buying experience I’ve had at any dealership. Would recommend them to anyone and drive from Dallas if I found another vehicle they had I would want to buy. 5 stars for these guys and two thumbs up.

Great service got me in and out as promised called late and asked them to squeeze me in they were great at working with my schedule and I appreciate that. I look forward to returning for future service work.

I have owned my truck for one year,it's a 15 Cummins. It has major issues in the motor, and they wont cover it! Actually they kept it for 3 weeks and they dont even want to look at it. My shop thought their was somthing wrong with the head so I figured I have the lifetime warranty I'll just take it to nyle maxwell. When I got there I asked Michael if it's a head or headgasket will that be covered under warranty? He told me yes it was so I thought they had it under control. Never heard anything for weeks I had to continue calling them for updates and just got the run around. After all that he thought it was 1 of 2 things in the motor one which being the head. But continued to tell me that it's not covered. They didnt even diagnose it. And he asked me what would you like us to fix first? Well I'm not a mechanic and he wants me to take a guess of where I want to start. So basically I have a $38k that 8 can't afford to fix. Our family and friends have bought several trucks there because we always recommend them thinking that lifetime warranty was worth somthing. I cant guarentee everyone I know will be shopping somewhere else and spreading the word.

Can’t say enough about this dealership I drive an extra 30 miles instead of using a closer dealer. The staff from top to bottom is great.

Absolute trash service. Cant say for sales but the service dept is a waste of time. You call and call only to get hung up on. You call and call same thing happens. I called on a different number go figure they pick up and repeat the cycle. I got tired of waiting on phone and showed up and WOW!! They can care less who you are and why ypu are there. Maybe it was just me but my expierence there was garbage.

Kyle is fast and easy to work with. Bought a new Jeep and he delivered on his side. Would go back for next car !
