    Found an 06 Ford Explorer thru Cars.com....called Roger Beasley and immediately Ryan Jimenez called back to schedule an apt with Garth Herra. Met with Garth, and he was so friendly and easy to talk to...loved the vehicle, and since the sales staff does not work on commission, there was no pressure. Drove it off that day, but knew I would need to bring it back for a few repairs since I bought it before it was completely ready to sell. Took it in...and got many, many things done that I wasn't even aware were needed, as well as four new tires! Drove off in what feels like a brand new vehicle...all for no additional charge. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and treated me with respect. Very exceptional buying experience and I will definitely recommend Roger Beasley and this staff to all of my friends...including my 500+ Facebook friends!!

    I had a terrific buying experience with Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown. I arrived already knowing what vehicle and which trim package I was interested in. Our sales person, Wally Wallace, was very helpful and quickly brought a car for us to test drive matching my qualifications. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us, and I quickly decided to purchase the same vehicle in a different color. The only 2 minor disappointments were how long it took to speak to a finance manager about my payment and trade-in options (over an hour) and the fact that I had to wait a few days for my particular vehicle to be delivered. But I'm a patient person, and the car arrived about 3 days earlier than they quoted. I absolutely loved working with Wally. He was very personable and up-front about everything. My new vehicle marks my fourth Mazda purchase overall, and the third from this particular dealership.

    I bought my last 2 cars and my son's car from Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown. One of the many reasons I keep coming back here is the service department. I know that I am going to get great service for my car and as a very important bonus I get wonderful customer service. I love the easy to use web site to set up service appointments. I am one who puts off all of those appointments to the last minute so I never have to worry at 11 PM about setting up my service appointment, I just do it on line. Out of the 6 or 7 times I've brought my cars in for normal maintenance, I would say that my car was ready before the estimated time. I will be coming back here for all my cars and service as long as I live in Round Rock.

    Cannot say enough about Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown. They have always provided excellent customer service & repairs to my vehicle. I have to recognize Service Advisor Richard Grimm specifically. He's always taken of me when concerns arise. He goes above & beyond to make things right& that speaks volumes with me. I bought my Mazda in 2004 & have never had any problems with this dealership!

    Went in to test drive a few cars and was helped by Mark Biddle. Was very friendly and knowledgeable on the models we were looking at. Also was able to explain what would be the best fit for us long term. Purchased a few days ago and he is still helping us with the final few details. Very attentive and great at follow up. Would definitely recommend to ask for Mark.

    We drove 200 miles to get the exact CX-5 that we wanted. Did all of the paperwork over the phone and 99% of the negotiations.
