My truck ws damaged by the dealer ship during a service. It took nearly 5 weeks to get it fixed and there was a new excuse every step of the way. My last service they left the oil cap off and sitting in the engine compartment. If they cant even do that what else are they forgeting

Poor Customer Service
Very bad customer service. After purchasing my vehicle, the person that handles titles did not process correctly for issuing a Purple Heart. My mom had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. They said they would reimburse, but they never did. My fiancé has also received poor services on his car. They removed defrosters from the back window of his Fiat. He took it in for repairs...took almost a month. They did a bad repair job and they also added scratches to the entire back of the trunk. To top it off we received a ticket because they issued a rental to my fiancé that was not registered to be on the road and they also gave us an expired license. Lithia did not offer to pay the ticket. Lithia also does a poor job of answering or returning my calls. They do not care about the customer. Very bad experience with this company.

Poor internet sales
Contacted dealer via cars.com to verify availability of 4wd eco diesel. There were no pictures online so I requested them. Quick response that the truck was available and ask for my cell number for pictures. I replied to just send them via email for easier viewing. No response and no pictures. A 2nd request for pictures with no results. Multiple emails later we decided to take a chance and drive the hour to look at the truck. After considerable time to find the truck it is pulled around for test drive. It was not detailed. I notice a hand written date on the windshield is 4 months old. I asked why it has been on the lot so long and was told the truck was in for repair. The previous owner used gas instead of diesel. Many replacement parts took a long time to come in but it would have a 100k warranty. I wasn’t interested in a rebuilt truck and declined the test drive. The sales person seemed put off that we didn’t want to drive the truck. Internet sales had wasted enough of our time.

Horrible Experience
Please do NOT shop this dealership if you are looking for a new car. We traded a truck in for a new truck about a month ago. We signed over the old truck to the dealership. They did not send over the trade-in paperwork to the loan company, so the loan company withheld our next paycheck after the old truck was sent to collections. We then took the new truck in for required maintenance on the side window, and they promptly broke the side panel in the process, which extended repairs for 4 days. This dealership has been a nightmare to work with on getting a reliable truck.
