Worked well with providing information I requested prior to walking in the door of the dealership. Offered better trade in value than bigger dealershi...ps in Houston which surprised me. They were willing to work with me via texting and email to accommodate my work schedule. Pleasant no haggling and no pressure from salesman!

Sterling Auto in Bryan, Texas has the worst customer service and auto repairs that I have ever had. If you send an email- you will not get a response.... I have had my car in numerous times and they were unable to "duplicate customer complaint". However , I took it to another repair shop in town and they readily found and fixed the problem. When they "repair" my car it often takes a minimum of 2 visits for them to correct their errors. On the last visit they quoted me a price for a certain repair at $1300. I took it to another repair shop and got a quote of $500. Sterling had a markup of $800!!! Guess who will get my business from now on!!
