All... the factories were shut down last year due to Covid and are still trying to catch up on all the orders so it takes longer than normal to get orders in. Got my Jeep Cherokee 2020 a full service before a trip it was nice and easy process. Drop the jeep off at 10 and picked it up at 1
Cass Burch has a wonderful staff. Willing to get the problem solved. They always do a great job with servicing my Jeep. Couldn't ask for a better customer... service team.
they did a great job getting me in when my car would no start
Went in for a recall. Ended up paying for them to repair my fog lights for the 4th time. An electric issue should definitely be covered under warranty... or at least guarantee their work so I don?t have to keep paying out of pocket when the bulbs rattle loose again. Other than that, they did a great job repairing the recall.
They always do a good job. I can not rate the repair part it hasn?t been long enough.

I had a great experience at Cass Burch in Valdosta, GA. I brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for routine service. I didn?t wait long at all and they even... replaced my windshield wipers for free.
