    After locating a used truck on cars.com, we communicated only via email with Lyn Wooten. He answered our many questions in frequent emails. Our work schedules didn't allow for a weekend visit to test drive, so we decided to drive to Waycross on Sunday and go to the dealership on Monday morning. Knowing our plans, Lyn offered a recommendation for a local hotel even though we hadn't even thought that far in advance. We found our reception there, in fact from the whole town, exceptional. The dealership guided us comfortably, patiently and professionally through the process. We always had the option of walking away, but instead, we drove home that day with our new (used) truck!

    Last spring we were on a driving vacation through Beautiful Georgia. The Air cond Clutch started to go as we pulled into Waycross. It was late on a Saturday with the employees soon to go home. Steve Wood, at that time the wholesale manager took the time to diagnose my problem (in the absence of a service mechanic) then he and the very helpful parts manager ordered in the parts for install the next working day. He even went so far as to recommend an alternative repair shop if we really needed to leave right away. We chose to stay in Waycross. Steve even checked in on us at our motel during the weekend to ensure all was well with our visit. Try getting that service elsewhere. The part was installed first thing and we were on our way. I checked at home and we were charged far less than I normally could get the work and part for. As out-of-towners, they could have charged me anything and I would have had no recourse but to pay. It's been nearly a year and the work is standing up great. My thanks to Robbie Roberson for employing people of this quality. I am 67 years old and have never experienced this level of service and professionalism before. You're not paying these guys enough Robbie. Wish I lived closer.

    The buying process was an enjoyable experience. Mr. Dowling and Ms. Lloyd explained all the details of the sale, was able to answer all my questions, and provide me with the service that I would say is outstanding. I recommend that if you are in the general area, I would use Robbie Roberson Ford as your dealer.

    I just bought my third vehicle from Lyn Wooten and have always had a great experience. All the folks there are nice and easy to get along with. I sent my sister-in-law to them and she bought an Explorer and loves it! Keep up the good work!

    I located a used vehicle on site. I emailed dealer and did not get a reply. I called and finally got a response. I the called a second time to get more information, but that call was not returned. it soon became apparent the dealer was not interested in my business. Very strange.

    We visited Robbie Roberson Ford to look at a used 2002 BMW 325CI that was advertised as being sold by the dealership. We met with Ron Davis, Robbie Robertson Sales Manager, who was very personable and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. While Mr. Davis told us early on the that the vehicle was being used by his wife, he did not disclose until much later that he was selling it as a “his” rather than the “dealership's”. More troublesome, Mr. Davis strongly objected to the vehicle being reviewed by an independent mechanic with such stories as “what happens if you steal the car”. We offered to leave our 2010 Buick Enclave (twice the value of his BMW) and Mr. Davis would not permit this car to be examined by an independent mechanic. That concluded our interest in the vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE!

    Over the years I have allowed employees and others to place their personal vehicles for consignment on my lots. I have reviewed this practice and decided this policy needed to change for some of the reasons you stated. I no longer allow non-dealership owned vehicles to be sold on my lots. I am sure Mr. Davis meant no disrespect to you in not allowing you to drive his BMW convertible 60 miles to St. Simon's Island. This would have been for liability reasons not personal reasons. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and may your next visit be an enjoyable one. Robbie Roberson

    I recently purchased an Expedition from Robbie Roberson Ford. My salesperson, Jimmy Hall, was very helpful and knew the answers to all my questions about the vehicle. He was very polite, not pushy and treated me like a person, not a number. I will definitely recommend Robbie Roberson Ford and Jimmy Hall to all my friends and family looking to buy.
