repair

A little too long since they could not figure out what glue to use to adhere the rear view mirror too. But eventually they got it done after 3 and 1/2 hours. Also your waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and a computer to help get the time moving on. Very neat, clean, and the young lady who took my order was very accomodating to keep me up to date as to what was taking place with the repair.

Top of the line Dealership and Service

I had a problem with my new 2014 GMC Sierra SLT I called to Nalleys and talked to mike Collins he asked me if I was not 100% satisfied to bring the truck back and he would do everything he could to make me happy, Also Fred the salesman met me soon as I pulled up yo the dealership, I could not ask for a better people person dealership to deal with. I'm very happy I drove the 50 miles to get a truck at this dealership.

60k miles service & recall work was a breeze!

Terri's Customer-First focus and attentive care has made the servicing of our Nalley-purchased 2012 GMC Acadia a pleasant experience... She is fully knowledgable, energetically professional, and a trusted service advisor! Our recent 60k mileage service was a breeze; and, when combined with the side airbags recall, included about four total hours in the shop. We pre-scheduled this event w/Terri and Nalley had a loaner vehicle readily available, enabling us to accomplish several errands in the nearby area. From purchase to service, Nalley has been an extraordinarily positive experience - among the very best dealerships with whom we have dealt in 40+ years while owning and driving 11 new GMC/Buick/Chevy vehicles...

Good People

We picked up our new Arcadia last week. The car was fully detailed and problem free. We were very impressed by the Nalley staff and the salesmen were both courteous and conscientious. The financial people were efficient and not pushy. Haven?t dealt with the service personnel yet but hopefully they will be equally competent, and the car will remain problem free. Love the car and like the way it drives. Thanks to all who made it a pleasant experience.

Oil change service

I have nothing to add. The service was timely, the service writer was polite and the cost was reasonable. I couldn't ask for anything else.

great people, kebtme informed, clean nice waiting

Called Terri and explained problem and she said to come in and they could check oil pressure problem, great service fixed problem(oil sending unit) while I waited, she was very professional and pleasant to deal with.Great waiting area with refreshments, I was Dealer in Monroe , Ga 28 years(Cadillac,Buick,Pontiac,Gmc, ) would be proud of the servive your staff gave me.Take care of the front line folks that are the first and last contacts with your operation. No free oil change as advertised for certified veh

Service department was fast but I bought a certified preowned vehicle October of 2013 and was denied my free oil change I have my window sticker that states that it is a certified vehicle and has on there 2yrs maintenence free I know this is petty but why offer this special perk if Nalley does not want to offer it after the sale. Sad thing is I went through my salesman Jim Deloach and he went to his boss and still was denied same day I know Jim is only able to do what he is told but I feel the sales manager failed miserably this time. I will always recommend Nalley and Jim Deloach, just take that off the markee if you are not going to honor it.
