Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Steve was not the least bit pushy and expertly addressed our questions/concerns. However, the finance specialist was overly persistent selling the extended care packages. In the end, he came down a bit in price and we purchased, but this process wen on for at least 30min. Maybe it was prudent to purchase the coverage especially with a used vehicle, but it was very uncomfortable.
