Every time we visit this dealership someone is quick to see how they can help. They go all out to make us feel comfortable and important. Absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it. My email is vickiclyde1969@gmail.com but its saying I have an invalid email

My husband and I are very satisfied with the customer service we experienced at Walt Massey in Andalusia. Our sales rep Brad Booth couldn’t have been any better. Very professional and informative about the vehicle in which we were interested. I will definitely come back again with our next purchase.

Really don't listen.

This is the second time coming here first they changed filters without my permission or even showing what was wrong aka the filters This time they bring a filter that said looked like cat hair and looked older then a year old. The funny thing is my car stays clean nor does animals get in my car. That filter was not mine. Other issue. The service provider is so lucky I did not throat punch her for her attitude. The filter is less then a year old that means there is a warranty. Do your xxxx job

Great Experience

Outstanding purchase experience! Found what we wanted online and one phone call to Johnny Duggan and we were on our way to pickup a new Trailhawk. We worked with the Jeep dealers in Pensacola and FWB, and were less than impressed. DO NOT SHORT YOURSELF AND AT LEAST CALL JOHNNY. He and the dealership, found more rebates and money to apply to the purchase than the other two combined. Do your research and then call them, you'll end up buying.

Wasted my time.

Listing had lots of nice pictures, priced at blue book, drove 1 hour n 20 mins. Saleslady asked if i had a trailer, as it wouldnt make it home. Should have mentioned it had problems or told me on the phone when i called.

Mr. Young I am very sorry about the misunderstanding. As the Internet Sales Manager, I take full responsibility for the situation. I was not aware of the overall condition of the vehicle, only that it had some mechanical issues, to which I instructed my employee to relay to you. Typically when we trade for one with that many miles, we do no reconditioning, we price them accordingly, and make them available to the public before we take them to auction. If I had known you would need a trailer, I definitely would have communicated that to you. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred. Respectfully, Cary Langley

The way it should be!

We purchased a new 2016 Chrysler Town and Country from Massey Auto. I found the car on Cars.com; called Massey and confirmed its availability. We drove there (from Montgomery) the next day. Our salesperson was waiting; had the car ready for our inspection; and after test driving it we were ready to "talk turkey". The sale went smoothly; everyone came away happy and I'm especially happy to be driving my new car. Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. Really nice folks!

Very Efficient Staff!

I had been searching for a pre-owned Ford F-250 truck for several months. I found what I was looking for on the Massey Automotive website and made a call to Tara Edgar, Internet Sales. Tara was relentless in working out the details until I could drive down from Auburn and finalize the transaction. She contacted Mark Valletta, Sales Manager, and he proceeded with getting the purchase process started. Sandy Harrelson, very knowlegeable in her position as Finance Manager, arranged the financing via internet and fax and the paper work was ready whenever I got there. Before I arrived, Brett Tillis, Sales Associate, had the truck detailed and gassed up- ready to go. We went out for a test drive and the rest is history! The staff at Massey is the most efficient that I have ever dealt with!

Wonderful Service!!!

I just bought a new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 from Massey Automotive and I absolutely love it. Mike Wambles was a great salesman. He did not pressure me or make me feel like I had to purchase a vehicle from Massey. I will definitely return in the future. EVERYONE at Massey was very nice and very helpful!!

This is my fifth time to buy from Massey and as always it was an excellent experience. Johnny Duggan has sold me the last three cars including the 2015 Jeep Cherokee which I purchased three days ago. I got a terrific deal and the process was without sales pressure. Everyone involved made this quick and easy. All of the shop work on the other cars (including my wife's 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible) has been done at Massey also. The service writers and the main mechanic who works on my cars (Gary Musgrove) have been a pleasure to work with. Since virtually nothing has gone wrong with any of the vehicles, shop work has been mostly scheduled maintenance. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for Jeep, Chrysler or Nissan vehicles.
