Poor Service

I cannot imagine TWENTY days to replace TWO tires and rims on a 6 year old Fusion!!!! But it took that long while I had to pay a portion of the rental I had to use. I had the gas tank recall done last year and my back seat was just set in when I got I back which I didn't notice until I had gotten home (30+ miles away) and had to go back!! Not even an offer on helping with the gas to go back or help on the rental. I am very dissatisfied and realize they are about money not courtesy.

Don't trust this dealership

If they ask you to put down a "good faith"" deposit, don't !! They are the only dealer I know of that if you don't work a deal out on the vehicle they will keep the deposit. They got me for $200 and tried to use the excuse that they had turned other customers away.....If they did then they need to learn the business better. You never turn a buyer away. You should say that someone is looking at the vehicle and if the deal falls through then you will call them........I think it was just their excuse to keep my money....Run from this dealership....I give them a 1 because at least my salesman was nice although the policy of the dealership should have earned it a 0 Greg Steele Greg Steele

This place is the definition of courtesy!

Jaci Rocks! No pressure to buy. Started my purchase via the internet. I asked not to be called just emailed and that was exactly what I got. Gave me a real close (within $300) estimate for my trade in. I was simply asked if I wanted anything extra and when I said no there was no further discussion. I hate it when you say no and people still try to sell you stuff. The two manager type gentlemen in the front office were very nice as well, sorry, I am old and I can't remember names. I came with my financing done so closing the deal was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Overall great experience! Definately worth my 120 mile round trip! Thanks again.

Awesome!

I totally enjoyed my buying experience with this dealership. Shopped around between 5 dealers and got the best price and a salesman that actually respected me and my time at this dealership. Im not one that enjoys the lets ask for the sale right now and press the issue kind of person. It took me 4 months to finally make the jump but this dealership will get my repeat business.

bag of problems

Took my Tauruses and my dads F-250 for service on several occasions. Each time, there were issues with ordering the wrong parts (an astounding FOUR TIMES), taking MUCH longer than was promised, or poor workmanship resulting in damage to the vehicle. To top it all off, they sold my information to a terrible extended warranty company that continues to harass me. The compamy claims to represent the manufacturer (Ford, in this case), but theyre so stupid that at one point the guy called my 2012 Taurus a Nissan. I have given Courtesy Ford enough chances now. My family has been doing buissness with them since my dad bought a new Ford Torino GT back in 1971, but no longer. Selling my information was the last straw.

TEST DRIVE

I shopped online for my dream car for several months and found it at this dealership. I travelled almost 100 miles for a test drive. The staff was courteous and the car was perfect. I bought the car!
