I live a couple of counties away and having been a customer of McMullan Motors for over a decade I could not be more satisfied with the friendly atmosphere,... courtesy and high quality of service that is always received. I had a very pleasurable experience when purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 and when in their dealership I always notice the McMullans and all the staff going out of their way to make sure every customer has a favorable experience. The professional service department is top drawer and very flexible in scheduling appointments which accommodate my schedule. When the need arises to purchase another vehicle I will not hesitate to contact McMullan Motors; some other dealerships I have visited should take notes from them.

All good but beware of buying the Volvo S80. There is a real bad noise on deceleration. When I asked, the response was they will not be doing any repairs... to the car. I find it odd a dealer with a good reputation would offer a car to us knowing of an issue.
I bought a 2014 Ram truck from Jason the first week of June 2014. Everything was great with the sale and McMullen got me out of a KIA that I hated. I am... super happy with the salesman and the finance guy super nice even stayed later then closing because I couldn't decide on a truck. I would recommend buying from Jason and the sales staff. However the service department is a complete joke. My truck had a flaw in 2 different spots that needed to be fix. We set up an appointment with the service department after being given the run around. We show up for our appointment which was Monday June 30th. When we get there we are told that their part time body guy wouldn't be able to fix the truck and we would need to leave it for a few days. My husband asked for a truck to drive as this is our only reliable transportation. The service guy said "we dont do loaner cars". So my husband called the corporate number and we where in a rental car by 3:30 that day. Now keep in mind we where on vacation and were supposed to go out of state. So we pick the rental up and the service manager said that we would have our truck back by July 1st. Needless to say they never made contact with us until my husband called July 2nd to find out what was going on. We were told that we would get our truck back Thursday July 3rd. Nothing on the third. No call no email no text no truck nothing. Well they were closed Friday for the holiday and not open on weekends. My husband called Monday July 7th to get an update and we again were told it will be tomorrow. The sales person texted my husband to let him know our truck was ready. We get there after taken off work to make it in time to find that our truck is somewhat fixed. By somewhat I mean the paint is bubbled in more places but where they fix the bed there is something underneath the new paint hair or something and from them painting the cab there are scratch marks all over my brand new truck bed. My truck has 983 miles in it and a bed looks like it is a new work truck. So with the no communication we received and a fear of have to pay for the rental if our truck was done and we weren't here we missed out on going to GA. I would not recommend McMullen service to anyone. They are extremely useless. I have no idea why Mr.McMullen is allowing this type of service to be carried out at his dealership. Maybe he doesnt know but he will when he receives my written complaint. Corporate is aware of my complaints.
Hi Tiffany. Thanks for your feedback. Yes, our body shop guy was out the day we had arranged for your vehicle to be in the shop. Unfortunately he h...as chemo treatments he has to go to in order to treat and battle cancer. As we discussed with your husband we wish he would be here to handle our body and paint customers as we believe he is the best in the city. Our service guy was correct in stating that our service and body shop does not provide loaners to customers. Instead we try to offer alternate transportation packages to customers at time of purchase to provide and cover during service visits. I had authorized you and your husband to use a vehicle prior to either of you contacting Chrysler. In fact, I was unaware you had contacted them before we had arranged for transportation. But glad all the same that we were able to handle that for you. Next, our service manager was operating off the best estimated time of repair provided to us by the repair facility we turned the vehicle over to for repair. They did not meet the expected deadline. For that I am sorry. We did wait to hear from them before contacting you. Yes, we were closed on July 4th as was the repairing facility. Yes, our service and body shop was closed for the weekend as was the repairing facility. Our parts manager informed the salesperson when the vehicle was ready so he could contact you. We understand there were issues with the work performed by the repair facility. And we made them aware of your concerns. I am sorry you had a fear of paying for the rental that we provided during this time. If it was not clear that we were covering those costs I am sorry. Mr. McMullan and myself are fully aware of your concern and are handling your vehicle with great care and concern. We have discussed these matters with you and your husband in conversations already with the understanding that you were aware of these things. Your concerns with your vehicle are being taken care of at no charge. I encourage you to take advantage of the free oil changes we have given you for purchasing a new vehicle from McMullan Motors and hope that your experiences will improve. My husband purchased a new vehicle from McMullan Motors and he is very happy with the sales transaction and vehicle. The sales staff was very friendly,... informative and he got the exact vehicle he wanted. The only issue we are having is that their service department, which he says is excellent btw, stays booked at least 2 weeks out. Living out of town from their dealership makes it very hard for him to schedule a service appointment that far ahead especially if there is an issue that requires immediate attention. Unfortunately I will have him take this into consideration during our next vehicle purchase, otherwise we highly recommend this dealership especially if you live in the Hattiesburg area.

The manager first tried to tell me that Cars.com enters their information for them to try to shift the blame. They have a car that is listed for way less... than its worth but don't want to honor it, If you are going to be in the selling business, I don't care what it is, you better get your numbers right especially when you advertise it. Rude, standoffish finance manager. Might want to go buy your car from someone who knows what they are doing.
Lesense - I apologize for any confusion you may have had when you saw the used Dodge Durango listed in our inventory for a price so unreasonably low.... From time to time there are errors in typing, pricing, and other mistakes made. When these things are noticed we try to correct them as quickly as possible to ensure our customers get an accurate and fair price. I hope you can understand that we won't honor a price that is agreeable "way less than its worth". I am a little surprised that through your online experience you have rated our "Quality of Repair" and "Overall Facilities" at a 1 star rating. In our five and one half year's of dealing with McMullian Motor's, we actually have no complaints so far. We have had great service and all the personnel... have been great and i am sure this will continue in the future.
