Went to do a routine oil change on new ram 3500 i questioned the tech about my long fully start my truck. the dealer ship fixed it but upon inspection of my belonging I found that some very specific items missing where someone have to work to find. I spoke with the manager and he seemed unconvincing that he would help or even care total items stolen was 3000 when I told him he really look and spoke like he could care less its beed 4 days and no update and no return calls. sad to say I have spent a great deal of money there purchasing jeep, 3 duallys and a 2500

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Brand new Jeep, under 2 years old with a full factory warranty stopped working. Sat there waiting to be diagnosed for 45 days. No loaner was provided. Was told loaner would be provided after diagnosis and only for a week. Communication from dealership was poor, given sporadic updates and timelines that were not correct. When Jeep was finally diagnosed it was repaired within a day. I then asked for the vehicle to be detailed and thought they might just throw it because of all the trouble, of course they did not and charged me for it. We went yesterday and traded in that jeep for a new vehicle at a different dealership. Won’t be back, don’t buy from here.

Back logged.
Back logged. I was told diagnostic would take 2-3 weeks and the last time I came back I was told they always said 30 days. I am now putting communications into writing. No loaners nor car rentals available. Not sure how long it will take them to fix after diagnostic test.
