I recently had my 2014 GL450 in for "schedule B" service . The work was done right and on time, as always. My car was returned to me clean... and with all service done properly.
Frank Aranda, my salesperson, offered the most pleasant and seamless experience ever. I did a little online shopping just to check inventories, etc, but... this was my first and final stop at a dealership. In and out in about an hour. Doug Seabrook has ALWAYS been very caring and professional. Approximately a year ago I had major problems with the service department. The general manager... said when my next scheduled service was due it would "on him". He kept his word, my 10 year old car needed too manty repairs so I bought a new car. I wouldn't have done so if Mike hadn't kept his word. I believe he is really trying to correct problems with the service department. I will tell my friends that have lost confidence with Alderson and bought BMW.
