    I called at around 9:00am on 10/05/18 to verify pricing on a 2018 Nissan Kicks SR, because I knew that the price for the vehicle was really great and I... wanted to be VERY sure that the price was correct before I got too excited. I spoke with a salesperson who told me that yes, the price was correct because they had been marked down 55% because they needed to clear out some room for their incoming 2019 vehicles. I verified SEVERAL times that the price was correct and I was told that I would need to finance there, which was okay with me, and that my interest rate would be fixed at 0% APR for the 60 month loan period. I was thrilled to learn that I would be able to purchase the vehicle for the price of $12,177 (obviously before tax, tag, dealer fees, etc) and I went through and filled out the finance application. I was notified that I was approved for financing, and I even spoke with the finance manager to confirm my pricing and make sure that there were no hidden fees or anything. Everything seemed fine and then I received a call back from the finance manager informing me that the price was incorrect and that they had somehow been marked 55% down instead of the 35% that they were meant to be. He then said that he could maybe do around $19,000 for the vehicle. Which obviously was not 35% off. The MSRP for the vehicle that I was going for was $22,140 and a 35% price drop would bring that down to $14,391. Shortly after our second phone call concluded, the EXACT SAME vehicle is now magically priced at $15,498. I was initially not that angry, but then I started thinking about the fact that I had given them my information and had my credit run and now my credit score would be dropping--and I would have nothing to show for it and I STILL have to find a vehicle. This is the SECOND time that I have had a dealership tell me that their internet price was incorrect and then suddenly change the price. I don't know if this is some tactic to get customers to inquire about the vehicles, and then once they get there they can change the price to something higher and the customer will likely still continue the purchase, or what is going on. The receptionists were very nice, and my salesperson was great. I don't blame them at all...but this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Please see the screenshots below! The VIN is the same, the photos are the same, it is the same vehicle. Priced within a 24hr span. I also have screenshots that show alllll of the other 2018 Nissan Kicks being priced in the same range. Beware. No matter how nice the staff are, a car dealership has ONE goal and that is to make money.

    We were immediately greeted by Charlie Spillane upon our arrival. He really understood our situation and went to all lengths to help us get into our new... 2016 Nissan Versa. Both my wife and I had pretty bad credit but he was very understanding with us being both full-time college students and parents. At the end of the day we walked away with a great vehicle and a satisfactory experience thanks to Charlie.

    Me and my fiancé went in to trade a car in for a new car the process went smoothly our sales person Daren Coleman went to great lengths to accommodate... us and make sure we got the best fit in our price range also the size car we wanted and color! Stellar job everybody was so nice friendly and well mannered I’ll definitely do my car shopping there from now on!

    I enjoyed my visit at vaden nissan , wabt to give a special thanks to my salesman Daren Coleman , coolest salesman ive ever met and he knew his stuff... ! And taught me how to build my credit . Go shop with the young guy !

    Lomg story short i bought a car without it being financed from a lender, had it for 3 weeks told me noone could finance me so i had to return it. I sivned... the contract twice so im highly upset. I return today tp get my deposit and im going someone where else.

    Called about an hour before I wanted to test drive a vehicle. Was told that the price listed online for the vehicle was wrong -- too low (hmmm). However,... they had another similar vehicle I should check out. While online with the employee, I looked up this vehicle on the website. The website indicated the vehicle was at another location (Hinesville). When I inquired as I did not want to waste a long drive there, I was assured it was in Savannah. Upon arriving, and waiting for awhile, I was told the vehicle was not there, and was in Statesboro. What a waste of time and gas, and a terrible customer service experience.

    I purchased my car in August 2017. I drove it for a few weeks and one of tires kept going flat. By my third trip to Sam's Tire dept they inspected the... tire and discovered the tire had a plug in the side wall. I was told that no one should plug a tire on a sidewall; this is not done by professionals. I contacted Dan Vaden and informed them of the tire issues. Then after about five phone calls they finally agreed to reimburse me for the faulty tire. It is now January 22, 2018 and I have still not been reimbursed for the tire. My husband and I drove to Savannah (a hour away) on January 15th to hopefully pickup the check. A random sales person said she relayed the message to the General Manager and he would be with us. We waited approx 45 min and no one came and said a word to us. Random Sales Repre said to us we will have to wait for corporate to investigate if a check was mailed. We left after nearly an hour of random talk with the random sales repre with NO resolution. On our way home the General Manager called and apologize for the wait and for the delay in being reimbursed. He promised I would have the check by the end of the week.....still NO check (January 22, 2018....
