I was told to ask for a specific person when I arrived and had appointment. I informed them I was on my way from BEAUFORT, SC and would be a little late... to the appointment. When I arrived and asked for the person, he was informed and I could hear him tell the worker that he was busy and to just show me something. The salesman office was dirty and dusty. It seemed kind of small and I did test drive a car. I was basically told I couldn’t buy a car without 4000 down. Was upset to waste my time and drove back home. Currently enjoying my new car which gets 49mpg and no, I did not buy from them. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

I purchased a SUV from the dealer. My experience was very good. Ms. Delicio Mayo ensured that I stayed abreast of the buying process from the beginning... to the end. Great job Ms. Mayo. I greatly appreciate all you do. The other staff members were nice and polite.
Several months ago, I brought in my VW Passat because of a cascade of warning lights going off. Later, the service person at the service desk came to the... customer waiting room to inform me that the replacement of a sensor would cost around $800. After I told him that I would have to check with my regular mechanic before I would authorize any work, he discovered that the part and repairs were still under warranty. So my bill for that replacement ended up being $50.
BE AWARE of this STEALER SHIP ! I took my car for an oil change, the car was there all day, right before closing they called me to pick it up. After a... short drive home I opened my trunk and immediately noticed that my cargo rubber lining was missing and i had brand new carpet mats under it, they were missing too. same minute I contacted VW and explained what happened. OF COURSE no one know knew what I am talking about. Next day I went there and spoke to service manager Maureen Heroux which she didn't even attempt to do a deeper investigation, she replied to me let me wright you a check for a 50 BUCKS and lets call it a day ! That is absolutely disgusting from VW and VW USA, they couldn't help me as well. I will go 30 miles to VW in SC and will never step my foot again where THIEFS and ARROGANCE works.
Purchased used truck on 4/19 from them. Truck broke down on way home the same day. Truck has been in out shop from 4/19 and is in the shop as of today... 6/27. The used vehicles that they sell are no better than auction cars. They do not service or check them before selling them
I reached out to this dealer by email...was very clear that I was in Germany, that I was moving in the next few weeks to the US, and that I was a cash... buyer. First class contact was a phone call — just after midnight in Germany— asking if I had any specific questions. I only had one: can I pay now upfront now even though I can’t pick up the car for a few weeks? The woman on the other end then yelled something to a colleague or boss asking, “Hey, can we hold a car for three weeks?” She then reported, “No, we can’t do that.” In my opinion, a very quick dismissal of a potential sale.
Truck broke down on way home from the purchase. They guaranteed me it would be repaired at no cost. Over a week later they will not return any phone calls.... They have my money and the have the unrepaired truck. Worst dealer experience of my life.
