Had a service issue. Just stopped in with a issue with my SRX. They were a huge help kept my crossover to check it out gave me a loner to use. I was very satisfied with the service advisors. Will do business with them again.

I've purchased 20+ cars over 15 years; this is hands down one of the best dealerships I've ever purchased from. James Tate took great care of us. We were in and out of the dealership including looking at the car, test drive, applying for financing, and closing in 2 hours. The pricing, help with financing, and customer service was without a doubt the best in the business.

I have had the best experience with Doug and Mike in the service and collision department. I had a terrible wreck in my 2 week old brand new cadillac. I chose wagner to perform the work and couldn't be happier. These guys call with updates frequently and treat you like family when you are there. My car is not yet ready (parts on back order) but I feel very confident that these guys will not miss anything. Great customer service and great people. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.

This was by far the best experience I have received in the car shopping experience. It did not end up being the right car for us, but Wagner made me believe in shopping local first. Misty was pleasant and not pushy. I would definitely recommend to my anyone where customer service is a priority.

I never got a true chance to negotiate price with this dealership. I made the mistake of telling them the amount I WAS PREQUALIFIED FOR and they tried to sell a lesser valued car to me at the full prequalified price. I am not angry at them for trying to sell a car, but at least try to satisfy me with the vehicle of choice.
