I needed new tires and the service tech was very helpful in helping me decide what tire to buy. I had already looked at what they had available online but I needed help in narrowing it down to a specific tire. She made sure that I knew there was a rebate available on what I selected and helped me take advantage of the rebate. Installation took a couple of hours but the waiting room was comfortable, so I didn't really mind. I don't live in town so using their shuttle service wasn't an option for me. This was the first time I had bought tires at a dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect price wise or service wise. I am pleased with both.
