I took my 2021 F-150 in for an oil.
I took my 2021 F-150 in for an oil. After I got home I noticed the truck was leaking oil. I called and spoke to the Service Dept and they sent someone to pick up the truck. They later called and said the leak was not their problem. They said my oil pan was dented and I had run over something. (I did not run over anything ) They then informed me that they could fix the leak for $1000. I said no and they returned the truck. I then took it to another mechanic and a body man. Both confirmed the oil pan was fine, nothing had been run over and the leak was from the oil pan plug being CROSSTHREADED. I called to talk to the GM and he was unavailable and after five days still has not returned my call. Due to the lies and unaccountability for everything listed above I will not use this dealership again and certainly will not recommend them to anyone needing service or sales.

My daughter was home from college for less than 24 hours
My daughter was home from college for less than 24 hours and needed to have her car serviced. Alex in the Service Department got her car in, took care of the service, and even noticed that her wiper blades needed to be replaced. As a parent, I appreciate the staff at Metter Ford helping to keep my daughter safe when she’s on the road.

I paid for something that wasn't fixed.
I paid for something that wasn't fixed. The fix was cleaning the rubber seal and reinstalling it. I still have air passing through the door seal. I asked for it to be replaced as part of my extended warranty.

Metter ford sales has been very friendly and helpful. Always greet me and ask if I need anything. The service department seems to be having issues with follow up and the length of time to do an oil change
