I just bought a XT5 Cadillac from Lynch and was very impressed. We called several dealerships before we made up our minds to go to Lynch. The other
dealerships could never get us to a salesman or they didn't know their inventory. Lynch was the only one who called us back and was interested in helping us. We made an appointment and the manager met us at the door when we got there and then got us a qualified sales person. They located us the XT5 we wanted and everything was very smooth from that point on. We would highly recommend Lynch Chevrolet and Cadillac to everyone we know.

The customer service representative seem annoyed. He asked if I had an appointment for an oil change, I told him no and he said that I was suppose to
have an appointment because they had only one individual in the shop. I then said to him that I have been coming over there since 2012/2013 and no one has ever said to me to make an appointment. So, he then said I will go ahead and take you but in the future try to make an appointment. Then I had an coupon for $39 and I still had to spend more money. I though that if I had a coupon, I would only pay that because I was thinking that everything that needed to be added was in the $39.00. When I visited other establishment for an oil change, if they say $19.00 that is all that I spend not an additional $5 or $10. Lastly, I would say that when a person work in the customer service area they ought to try and take care of the customer even if they do not want to. I have dealt with that young twice and each time it was not pleasant.
