Went in for my first service on new F250. Since I was in a hurry I called the day before to ensure I was in and out ASAP the next day. I did my part by... getting to Service area 45 min before opening and was first in line After 2 hours of waiting I walked around parking lot and found my truck in which service had been completed but nobody at service dept had called me out of waiting area. I had to go tell the service department my truck service was completed in order to get paperwork processed. While the service on vehicle appears satisfactory (it was just an oil change and tire roatation), I was somewhat disappointed in the person behind the counter in not taking my initial request for prompt service seriously (I needed to get to work on time). He was friendly and courteous though.
Curtis Cheek was our salesman. This is the third car that he has sold us. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the experience enjoyable.... The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this Dealership and Curtis as well.

just now Kept my newly purchased car for 45 days to fix a fuel guage not working. Tore the under cover of the front bumper. Had to fix it myself. Right... front tire was leaking air. Took to a tire store couldnt be fixed due to it had a plug so had to buy a tire. Yes, a plug in a front tire. Not a patch.
