I’ve had my truck for over 3 months and still can’t get a

I’ve had my truck for over 3 months and still can’t get a title from the dealership. There communication regarding the issue is very poor. Requested a refund or a different truck so we can get this settled but all I get is the runaround. I traveled from Minnesota to Texas to purchase my truck I think I deserve better!

Ease of shopping and great service salesman was not pushy. Finance was quick and easy. Car was detailed and ready for pickup in a quick timeframe

My truck was stuck on your lift for 2 days because of a

My truck was stuck on your lift for 2 days because of a power outage. I had to complain for a loaner and then was told I?m being charged. I?m not at fault here yet you want to charge me so then Taylor had to go back to Jason Howard his manager who finally agreed not to charge me. The end of the day when I had to get off early from Work because again I was going to be charged if I didn?t pick up my truck within there time frame. It was an inconvenience for auto nation to pick up the loaner and drop off my truck. Therefore you get zero stars poor customer service.
