The salesman Martin was great who every they have

The salesman Martin was great who every they have detailing vehicles is horrible at there job used dirty rags to wipe down the entire vehicles there's circular scratches threwout the entire paint of the vehicles and I'm finding grime all over the vehicle I can't say I've ever left this dealership and not found something done half done or with little effort or something missing from a vehicle

I was looking for an experience that allowed me to spend

I was looking for an experience that allowed me to spend the least amount of time possible at the dealership and they were able to do that. Text, email, online credit application. We had +/- 90% of the deal done before I arrived at the dealership. (I knew what I wanted) Like so many people, I just don't have hours to spend. I was happy with the efficiency. If I have a complaint, it's this: it's AutoNation's policy that the buyer have insurance on the vehicle before they leave. I didn't find out about this until I got to the dealership. I would have REALLY appreciated 24-48 hours prior notice so that I could have taken care of it ahead of time.

I purchased a 2023 lightning Pro that was originally a

I purchased a 2023 lightning Pro that was originally a Fleet order, but was retailed to me. All retail 2023 lightnings with the extended range battery, regardless of trim, come with a free Ford Charge Station Pro Charger. Ford customer relations have confirmed this personally to me. All I need is a emailed “code” provided by the dealership, that would allow me to order it online. It’s been over two months now, with multiple phone calls-most never being returned. Even their receptionist knows me by name…Personal trips to the dealership were met with “we’re working on it, we’ll let you know”… it takes months to provide a retail customer a code??? What’s it going to take? And another thing I inquired about was the complimentary Tesla charge adaptor. All a new owner has to do is reserve it… turns out, someone somehow reserved my adaptor using my VIN #, and no resolving explanation has ever been given… The only thing I’m getting from AutoNation South Ft.Worth, is the feeling they wish I’d just give up and go away… The included level two - Ford Charge Station Pro, and the complementary Tesla charge adapter was the deciding factor of why I made the purchase… If I only knew how it would actually turn out, I would have walked away…

I found the vehicle I was looking for, a Ford Transit

I found the vehicle I was looking for, a Ford Transit Van, via an online search at AutoNation in Fort Worth. I live 1000 miles away in the Phoenix area. The AutoNation employee I contacted, Jonathan Rodriguez, was extremely helpful and followed up quickly with all my questions and requests, such as additional pictures & videos. I put a lot of trust in the dealership by committing to purchase a vehicle this way, earnest money, 2 airline tickets to fly from Phoenix to DFW. When I arrived at the dealership I was happy that the vehicle met my expectations and we completed the transaction. Jonathan and the rest of the folks at AutoNation were very pleasant to work with. My experience with them was very positive.

Horrible!

Horrible! Francisco is a flat out liar. I spoke with him on July 3rd and he said the car we wanted was being detailed and getting some minor repairs and wouldn't be available until Saturday. I asked if we should/could put a deposit down to hold it. He assured me that wasn't necessary and said he was even keeping the keys in his desk so no one else could sell it. We never heard from him so i followed up mid-day Saturday and he said someone came Friday and bought it without the minor repairs completed. When i expressed my extreme displeasure in missing out on the car we really wanted all he said was "I get in trouble from my manager for hiding keys". I wouldn't buy a car from this dealer if they gave me one.

I’ve had to bring my car back to the dealership multiple

I’ve had to bring my car back to the dealership multiple times and each time nothing wrong but my car kept turning off while in use. Then finally after I brought it back in a 3rd time they found what was wrong and I’ve been without a car for a week and counting no one has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on I had to call and I left a message no one called me back. I had to go in and ask questions about my car. Still same thing it’s waiting 😠

Dropped of my vehicle for recalls and brake service, 8 days later they did not touch the brakes. The service person I was dealing with was horrible and never communicated. I’ve used Auto Nation on Bryan Irving and received great service. Can’t say the same for South Fort Worth Auto Nation, will never go back again.

It has been a whole month since we traded a truck for a new one. AutoNation has STILL not paid off our trade in with our bank. The bank is calling me for payment and AutoNation has no resolution. They've lied to me 3 times saying the payment was sent but it's not. They deducted 3200 for tires and details on our trade in but turned around and sold it a few days later with the same tires and still dirty, AND it's not even paid off from the original bank. Ariel, the GM is no help at all, she is one of the ones who lied about the payment sent off. Never ever do business here.

Terrible business practices.

Terrible business practices. It has been 3 months since my purchase and Autonation Ford South Ft. Worth keeps avoiding my multiple requests regarding fulfilling the Due Bill they signed at the time of purchase. First were the "let me check on this", then came the "we'll mail the item to your home", now complete radio silence and still an unfulfilled Due Bill on their part. Not even worth the 1 star rating, very poor and unethical business practices. There are better dealers to buy from unless you like being taken for a ride, both literally and figuratively.

I thank you for responding and I will give it one last shot, however if your General Manager is still Arielle, it will be a complete waste of time. She was the most abrasive and unprofessional person during the sale and when I called her regarding the Due Bill, and she kept punting the issue to the salesperson with no follow-up from either. I am sure you have received my BBB complaint by now and proposed resolution which I will reiterate when I call. I am looking forward to a positive outcome so I do not have to take the next step.

I followed the canned reply from AN Ford that was "please contact our GM at xx number” and again, more lip service with no real intention to stand by their Due Bill. AN Ford South Ft. Worth and Arielle Rivers also completely ignored the BBB requests for a resolution I then decided to use the chat function with the same lackluster results, so I tried calling again and got the runaround yet again. It is becoming quite apparent that Autonation Ford South Ft. Worth is a worthless and untrustworthy dealer, and that their employees have no issues lying to make a deal and putting customers on ignore when contacted. It may be time to go through the court system.
