I was able to walk in and get the oil and cabin filter changed very quickly. The staff are very friendly and courteous.
My service manager at Permian Ford "always" checks my Lexus out entirely before handing my keys back to me. He also resets the on-board computer so that... the "maintenance required" notifications is turned off. My Lexus currently has over 184,000 miles and I attribute this to the care that my car has received at Permian.

HORRIBLE customer service. They wont assist with anything! Everyone that you need to talk with to escalate an issue is either "away" or "very hard to reach".... I will NEVER purchase any vehicle from Permian Motor Group (Ford, Chevy, GMC, Toyota, Nissan) and will definitely never purchase a Ford again.
