I always check in with Darryl when I take in both of my Infiniti's for service/repair, and I always request that Frank works on my vehicles. They are both outstanding at their jobs, and I have never had any problems with my vehicles after Frank did the work.

Service department is terrible at updating customer. Twice car has been in for same issues without it being repaired. Service was not updated in car

Consistently high service performance!
I scheduled an appointment at 9:00 PM the night before for 7:45 AM. Darryl was there before I exited the vehicle and asked questions to clarify the appointment order he had. He tested for fault codes and explained the next steps and timing. He quickly arranged a vehicle so I could get to work. As promised, he called later that morning with the results of diagnostics, stated that the service work was completed and that the vehicle was ready for pickup any time by 6:00PM. My car is a 2005 FX35 with 254,000 miles. Great vehicle and well-maintained by Kearny Mesa Infiniti. Won’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

Great Service and Helpful Staff
I just went here to take a look at some cars to help me make a better decision. I wanted to buy something luxurious for me to commemorate my BA! The fine people on the lot showed me around and told me all kinds of interesting things about the cars that they had like the hp, displacement, and other cool features that the engines had. Should I want to buy an Infiniti I will come back to this place! Thanks!

Superb Overall Service
Just got leasing a QX50 30th edition. While browsing for a new Nissan Murano my spouse and I stopped by Kearny Mesa Infiniti on a whim. With a great pricing and awesome service by Isaac Kimball, Internet sale manager, we leased the vehicle the same week. Simple. No Hassle. Just a wonderful experience. We will be back for a second car very soon.

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have owned an Infiniti for over 10 years, not only because I love Infiniti’s beautiful body styles and high quality interior and superb performance, but mainly because the outstanding Customer Service I get from the Service Center at Kearny Mesa Infiniti. During the last few months, I had Adam assist me with my service requirements with my Q50. He has always been helpful, knowledgeable and honest with whatever service I needed with my Q50. Recently, I had my car serviced to have the body of my Q50 repaired/repainted. Adam took the time to look at the damages on the body of my Q50 and gave me options on how to make my Q50 look good as new again. Not only was he very knowledgeable on the best way to get it fixed, he was so pleasant to work with and gave great advice without the high pressure. While my car was getting repaired at the Service Center, he made sure I had a nice and reliable loaner to drive while my car was in the shop. Adam kept me informed about my car and even gave me the cost of the damages to get repaired/fixed even before my car got completely fixed. He was really great with communicating with me and keeping me informed. Adam’s outstanding Customer Service is why I continue to drive an Infiniti and very happy with my purchase. My Q50 looks good as new again. Thank you, Kearny Mesa Infiniti, for always providing your customers the best customer service. Your staff is always professional, helpful and very friendly. Excellent Service at Kearny Mesa Infiniti
This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.
Kearny Mesa Infiniti Service
I have been searching for over 3 months for a car, going from dealership to dealership, at the end of the day, it was the service at Kearny Mesa that sold me on an infiniti. I still love my car, and know I made the right choice!

LOVE my Kearny Mesa Infiniti Dealership, it has a very fresh and contemporary feel, not stuffy and stale like some dealerships that I've visited in the past. Anne Davis is a rock star, felt very comfortable with her, didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need and really listened to my wants and needs. Anne went above and beyond. In the past, I dreaded maintenance visits. Not here, they are pain free, quick with a very professional customer experience. Highly recommend visiting Kearny Mesa Infiniti!!!!
