Rico Purdie was my salesman.

Rico Purdie was my salesman. He sold me my last Nissan vehicle, so I had to get this car from him. He went well beyond being a salesman. He is friendly, make you laugh and you feel comfortable with him. He did whatever he had to do for me to trade in my frontier truck and get my 2020 Nissan Altima. He took good care of me. He was knowledgeable of the car I bought. He made sure I was happy with the car I bought. He made sure my car was detailed before I left the dealership. He showed me features of the car. The manager and finance man were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The finance man went well beyond his duty to get my payments to where I can afford to make them.

Great experience

The best no hassle/no pressure car buying experience I’ve ever gotten. Thank you Mikey Lam (sales) and Casey Jiles (finance) for making this experience a really good one. I would definitely recommend both of them to another looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Another loyal customer bites the dust

Buying a car is business not personal. The Nissan dealerships in North Charleston and Summerville made it personal by talking to each other and did not respond to text messages and calls about a deal. Gave unreal prices on car and trade and then told me to go elsewhere if I could do better and I did and got a great deal. Thanks for sending me elsewhere. Will not deal with any dealership owned by Hudson ever again.

Untruthful and lack of integrity!

Untruthful and lack of integrity!!! I drove two hours to see and test drive a car on their lot. When I arrived I was told that it needed a repair possibly. Loved the car and told them to check on the status of the repairs with their service department and then we would purchase. They continued to stall on having the repair evaluated (at least that was what they told us). Four days later they said that it was still being looked at, but in the meantime complete the financing application to get the deal going. Four hours later we received a text from Mikey that another customer had put a deposit on the car we had been looking at for four days!!! Highly disappointed. My husband and I are professionals and work with people every day. Hudson Nissan lived up to the stereotypical reputation of “used car sales”. We will not be back and cannot tell others enough not to purchase anything from them.

What an amazing experience to purchase my beauty. She’s so beautiful and I love our outings. Hudson Nissan made this a great investment for me. They rolled out the red carpet. I will return to see Javier Howard very soon. He’s a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ salesman. Javier introduced me to Nissan Kicks SUV. Comfortable ride. What an amazing experience to purchase my beauty. She’s so beautiful and I love our outings. Hudson Nissan made this a great investment for me. They rolled out the red carpet. Great experience.

Great experience. Ron Harmon works hard and effortlessly to get me the best deal and do all the leg work with my trade in, financial support etc. Ron also follows up after the deal and stays in touch thru out the years. Abysmal Non Disclosures

I repeatedly explained I don’t expect a perfect used car—but honesty would be. Greatly appreciated. Just want to know what Im getting into. Avoid this place. It appears they can’t be honest. Car wasn’t even legal to drive when it arrived.

I usually they don't write reviews but. The service I received was poor. I had already got pre qualified for one vehicle but when we took it for a test drive my husband didn't like it. He said it was too small so I ask salesman Max can we see another vehicle. So he came back with a suv that was Leaking oil really bad so we had to pick another suv to try we drove it like it and went to Finalize deal .well the numbers where too high so I ask salesman Max to find us something that will work .Max and his Gm Refuse to show me anything else . So we got up and left. Max call me a few days later asking if I was still looking I said yes but I was not about to but 2,500 down on a vehicle . He really was Cocky talking about you not going find a better deal. Well you lie Max and his Gm went down the road and find something big and better with 500 down with a 250 car payment and a 2023 Jeep compass . STop treating your customers like numbers and start treating them like value customers.

Great service department.

Great service department. Uldave and Mike are top notch. Helped my Son while visiting Charleston. Compassionate, professional and extremely helpful. Customer service from a non custtomer was outstanding ( and this is from a Manager at a Nissan delaership in NC! )
