    We buy a new vehicle roughly every 3 to 4 years and this was by far the best experience. We spent a total of about 1-1/2 hours max from beginning to end, walked out and drove off the lot in the exact car we wanted. I am sure anyone you work with there will be great, but we worked with Jason in Sales and Gus Donahue in Finance, both were very knowledgeable, not pushy, and didn't try to sell us things we were not interested in. They kept it quick and simple. Our next purchase will definitely be from Rockwall Ford.

    My experience with this dealership was amazing from start to finish. First of all my Client Advisor (sales guy), Jon Santilli, was so nice and patient. He made sure I got the truck I wanted and was so helpful throughout the entire process. The Finance Manager, Don Webb, was seriously the best! He had a constant smile on his face and just made me feel happy with how friendly he was. When I came back several weeks later to get some promised work done on my truck everyone I worked with to buy the truck remembered me and came up to say hello. I had to get a loaner vehicle and Bailey was great during that process as well. Every dealership should strive to be like this one and I just wish I lived closer so I could get all of my service done here.

    Leanna is the best saleswoman I have ever met. My wife worked for a major dealership in internet sales for 5 years and I have the lay of the land. She was thorough, overwhelming knowledgeable and above all patient. Use her and you will not be disappointed.

    We'll never go back there. They refused to work with us. When we told them what we wanted to spend they went & "talked" & came back without even one dollar taken off the price. And, they wouldn't give us a bottom line amount at all without checking our credit first. Absolutely disappointed in that place & will never go back!

    I am a proud owner of a new 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. I was going though Costco and they sent me to Rockwall Ford. I received a call from Gus Donahue and we talked on the phone a bit to see what I wanted. They had the exact Explorer on the lot that I was looking for. That evening I went to Rockwall Ford to look at the vehicle and took a test drive and it was what I wanted. Gus was with a customer when I arrived and had his team mate Mason Anders worked with me on the numbers and the numbers worked for me and the deal was done. From the phone to the dealership and driving away in the new Explorer I couldn’t have asked for an easier purchase. Both Mason and Gus have the upmost respect for their customers. Even the finance portion of the deal went very smooth and Joe Gullen the finance manager was very courteous and straight forward. They treated me like I was family. If you’re in the market for a New Ford please go see Gus or Mason at Rockwall Ford.

    While interested in a car, and calling ahead, I was impressed they had the car waiting up front and ready for me as soon as I arrived! We purchased a used 2016 Explorer Limited Edition yesterday and we are still beaming from the wonderful experience. Jason our sales rep was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about every question we had. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and catered to our needs while being patient with my little one through the whole process. Joe, the finance guy, was absolutely amazing, straight to the point, encouraging and explained the whole process where I could understand fully and feel confident in our purchase. I've never left a large dealership feeling so invigorating knowing how smooth the process was, and so quick! We are definitely returning customers.

    Went in to buy a New Focus RS, they sat me down and refused a 47k offer, the car was not fully loaded and had paint damage in the rear, and they had it priced at 53k for a 42k MSRP. They are very greedy I would not recommend buying from them!

    We purchased a certified used-car (2016 Ford Fusion) for our 17yr old daughter. The process was VERY easy going through Cars.com and realizing that Rockwall Ford had more options than any other ford dealership. Blake Hart made sure that all of our questions were answered and was NOT pushy to purchase anything else that was not wanted or needed.
