My 2008 Ford Fusion had a brake recall in Jan. 2020, but according to Ford, almost a year later, no parts are available to fix it. After going through... a red light because the brakes are not working right, I decided to take the car to Mike Patton to see if they could help me out. What a waste of time! After calling on a Monday and making a service appointment and explaining the recall situation, etc., I took the car over Friday at the scheduled time, and the girl in the service department acted like she had never heard of me or my situation. She said I could leave the car and they would look at it, but basically “there is nothing we can do.” The technician related that “there is nothing wrong with it.” Yeah, right. After calling three different times leaving messages and asking to speak to a service manager I was finally connected to Bill Stovall. I again explained the situation, that the brake problem had caused me to go through a red light, and no parts to fix it, and he also acted as though he could care less and was quite condescending towards me. After much promoting, he agreed to call Ford and see what he could do, but again there was no solution. So I am left with an unsafe car to drive, and neither Ford, nor the Mike Patton dealership cares nor is interested in trying to help me or find a solution. I bet if it was one of the owners or employees’ wives or kids riding around in this car with faulty brakes, there would be a solution. Very disappointing. Would never, ever, buy a car there. They obviously do not care much about their customers.
I have brought my truck in twice for two major repairs. They rebuilt my axel and then replaced my water pump. Mr. Pope diagnosed my truck both times... before I could finish explain the issues. Chocolate is back on the road and running like I just bought her brand new. I look forward to purchasing a NEW truck once the Limited comes out with another chocolate color(not brown but chocolate) Great place to bring your vehicle i took it to other shops for minor work but I hate going all over the city. Not no more my RAM will always be serviced with Mike Patton Dodge and jeep...
great people and i especially love the fact that the prices are set so there is no need to haggle. i compared the prices to different states and they,... by far in a 500 mile radius, have the best prices. they also matched and gave me more for my trade than another dealer. Robbie Robertson was not pushy and was very easy to work with. btw i came from arkansas to buy a car.

Great people to deal with. Dealership was very clean and courtesy. Sales person listened to what I wanded! Trading my vehicle was easy. Coffee and water... were available. Overall great people.
$5500 dollars spent on a trans. 2 clutches and constant whining for over a year. Once picked up car covered in grease prints and antifreeze all over motor.... The turbo blew out on the car and they then tried to get me to buy a new motor also. They said I had low compression. Went to my honest mechanic and it's just the turbo. When I sent him a message about the engine being ok I've gotten no response. Couple times I was treated rudely over the phone. I simply only wanted to build a good honest relationship with the place. When you lie to a customer more then once and top it all with a would have been 9200 dollar repair what do you expect. I think the saddest is the general manager once persuaded me to delete a negative review. Not this time.
Good and expedient service for my Linclon MKZ. I did not purchase the car from this dealer but they have done a good job with a warranty part replacement... and a recall as well as this latest service.
I want to thank the sales manager Jose for making the sales process so easy. We never haggled over the price, what I asked for he was able to work the... price where I needed it. But the service after the sale was unacceptable. We picked up the car very late in the afternoon and was promised a follow-up call to go over the car's features. After leaving several messages, no call from the sales person as promised. A week passed and still no call, just the normal form "thank you" letter with no personalization. After making a call back to the sales manager and expressing my dissatisfaction I can then get a call immediately from the sales person. No one takes ownership for the mistake, just excuses. But when we were there, the sales person made sure we took a picture in front of the car, I guess that was to say "another sale for me" Not good customer service at all. That picture should have reminded the sales person of the follow-up promised. It makes you feel like they got the money now and we don't care about anything else. I was so excited about the purchase of the car and was hoping I didn't get the bad service I received at another Honda dealership, but unfortunately I guess all car dealership are the same.
