    I could not ask for a better experience. These folks are very profesional and customer oriented. As the saying goes, they go the extra mile to make sure... everything is right and is to your satisfaction. Our car is relatively new and had several thousand dollars in damage. The finished product is as if it had never been touched. I still find myself looking at it with amazement. I would challenge anyone to tell me what repair work has been preformed. Bill Green

    Wouldn't even consider taking my vehicles anywhere else. The staff here has always been dependable, fair and stands behid their work. That's why I've... been using them for over 20 years on all my vehicles.

    My wife's 2004 GMC Yukon with 114,000 miles all of a sudden started blowing hot air instead of cold...Jacky Garner, Ser. Mgr had Darren check out the system... and found the problem was with 2 Actuwaiters. Jacky gave me an estamate and completed the work in standard time and had it ready in one day...also washed and detailed her car ready for pickup....very IMPRESSIVE SERVICE. Thanks Jacky and Darren....

    Recently visited Joe Gibson Automotive about lunch with a loud squal in the motor of my 2006 DTS. They quickly analyzed the problem, replaced the Drive... Belt, and had me back on the road by 5:00. Very pleased with the quality of work and the timely attention to my needs.

    I have lived in Greenville for 9 years now and Joe Gibson is the only place to take your vehicle, trust me. Now I can only vouch for the service department... seeing that I have never bought a vehicle from them, but I would not hesitate to do so. The staff is so nice, from Regina who answers the phones to Jackie the service manager and Darren and Terry are probably the best mechanics in Greenville. They have always fixed the problem the first time and they go by what the labor book says to charge no matter if it takes longer. They have dropped me off at work and picked me up several times and also from my house. They've even loaned me a car if there was somewhere that I had to be. I could on and on, but the bottom line is this, Once you try Joe Gibson Automotive you'll keep coming back...

    This was a cadillac dealership and I have bought several new Cadillacs from them. The dealership is now known as Joe Gibson Automative. I took my 2010... Cadillac Escalade in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation on Feb.16, 2012 and I received excellant service and problem taken care of. I am always met with a friendly smile and excellant service.
