I was in the market for a new, reliable used car and

I was in the market for a new, reliable used car and spent @ a week and a half looking through half a dozen vehicle-listing sites. I narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles, 1 of which was a Toyota Corolla LE listed by Childre Nissan. Within a half an hour of reaching out to them wanting more information on the car, Leslie Madden reached out to me. She was fantastic helping me however I needed, to include her understanding I was looking at 2 cars and wouldn't be able to commit to a purchase right away. She went above and beyond to help me, with no assurances that their car would be the one I chose. Over the next day and a half, we worked through the process and I bought the car. Everything was done via texts, phone calls & over the internet, but I never felt like it was a distant relationship. I was given an very good price for my trade. They even delivered my new car to me, as well as taking my trade-in back! I am very, very happy with my experience with Childre Nissan. Leslie Madden, the sales representative who provided me invaluable help purchasing the car, and Josh Coffey, who also assisted me with the financing details, really seemed to care about me getting the car and helped me every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate buying again from them or referring someone else to them.

Found a truck at this dealership.

Found a truck at this dealership. We agreed on price. They even did two illegal credit checks on me. Got all my funds and was headed out to buy. Got a phone call and was told sorry but truck already had a deposit. This deposit was put in before all of the dealing and credit check. So, all was bogus from the start. very unprofessional.

Friendly, family run dealership!!

Great experience! We bought a car from them a month ago. Our salesperson was Cathy, a wonderfully fun person to buy from. We live 5 hours away, so she took several extra pictures of the car to send us before we went so we knew exactly what we were getting. When we arrived, she made sure everything went smoothly for us since we had another 5 hour trip back home. Car was great! Exactly what she showed/told us. We also met Mr. Childre, the owner. It was great meeting this 90 year old gentleman who still works everyday! Then we met with the financial guy who explained all options for service and warranties. Whole process was very smooth and quick. Cathy even called us at 10pm that night to make sure we made it home safely. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Not pushy at all, and a very comfortable and easy process for purchasing a vehicle.

Very rude service department and Finance manager

Service manager has not given me good service. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and after the sale I have zero service from the new service manager. sarcastic. insulting. rude. unkind. They pushed me to the max when they knew I was upset about what they charged me.

Best Dealership Ever!

I totaled my truck and bout a Nissan the same day. My salesperson was Cathy and she made every step of the way painless. I met Mr. Childre, the owner, and he was a gracious host. I appreciate what the finance department was able to do for me. I now own a new Nissan Kicks with a million mile limited powertrain warranty!

Our experience with Childre Nissan was exceptional

We had the best experience with Childre Nissan today. We drove 7 hours round trip to buy a car on their lot. We had been talking to Billy about a week via email. A positive relationship was established as he answered all of our questions and communicated effectively. We were greeted by a friendly lady as we entered the door. I believe her name was Jennifer. She was a delight! Billy was again helpful going over the car’s features and during the test drive. I immediately felt comfortable and respected as he was not pushy at all. Mr. Childre was a blessing to talk with. It was worth the drive to witness a 90 year-old at work. We then dealt with a service gentleman who helped go over more details with us. Joey comes along with the final paperwork making sure that we were completely satisfied. He went above and beyond what most would do to satisfy our pickiness. All of these folks helped us make this one of the most pleasant car purchases that we have ever experienced. I highly recommend purchasing from this fine dealership. It is a family-run business that makes customers feel like family.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

DO NO BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They DO NOT stand behind their vehicles. I bought a one owner Mini Cooper that didn’t even get me 100 miles before it broke down. $600 mass air flow sensor and another part. The mechanic told me there’s no way it wasn’t like that when I bought it AND the part had obviously been tinkered with VERY recently. Childre Nissan wouldn’t even pay a portion of the repair. They are greedy and pathetic. I wouldn’t send them my worst enemy. They are polite while they are ripping you off, I’ll give them that.

Positive Experience

I had a pleasant experience with Childre Nissan. I worked with Leslie in sales, who was very helpful and patient. I asked questions, and she got the answers. Straightforward sales transaction, no "surprises". I would shop here again.

terrible service

Drove 3 hours only to find out the vehicle we were interested in was sold out from under me while the salesperson knew I was coming. Was lied to about the damage to the vehicle. Will never purchase a vehicle from Childre Nissan.
