    My experience with Childre was a positive one. I was looking for Infiniti Q50 red sports near by and Childre Nissan had the best deal. Everyone was nice... and i got a better trade in price than I expected. Give them a call! Loving my car

    AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!! My son purchased a 2009 Ford f150 in March 2019. RICHARD was his salesman. HE SOLD MY SON THIS truck with a bad... tire sensors on them. He drove the truck home and i took it for a test drive. Immediately when i switched the truck on, there was a warning that said TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR FAULT. Richard had to see this. HE DID NOT BRING this to my sons attention or correct this before selling him the truck. My son was very anxious and his first time purchasing a vehicle as a young man. I told my son to call the dealership back and bring this to their attention. He did and took the truck in for inspection the following week. It was bad tire sensors and they told him it would be 249.00 For repairs and he was responsible for it. He said no thanks and left. THIS did not sit well with me so i called myself and got the run around. Spoke with Richard and he had no concern telling me he was not paying for the sensors out of his pocket and they sell cars and trucks with sensor issues all the time. Second thing, this is a Nissan dealership, not a Ford dealership, so we can't fix it. He was not accomodating at all, very rude. I asked to speak with someone else, and transferred to Jason. Little did i know, he was the owner, came off very rude as well, he told me i was disrespecting him because i laughed on the phone after asking him a question that he would not answer about the bad sensors. HE KNEW I was right, but tried to turn the situation around to make me look like the bad guy!!! HE finally agreed to fix the bad sensors and told me he would pay for parts and labor. My son called to make appt the next couple of days. I dont know what happened between me and Jasons conversation. MY SON WAS TOLD he had to pay for the sensors and they would put them on. I called Jason back myself and informed him of our conversation. HE LIED AND SAID HE DID NOT TELL ME HE WOULD PAY FOR THE SENSORS, I ONLY SAID FREE LABOR. HE TOLD A LIE. I TOLD HIM I KNOW WHAT YOU SAID MR. CHILDRES, HE KEPT DENYING WHAT HE TOLD ME. BIG LIAR AND DISHONEST. I TOLD HIM DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT AND THAT I WOULD JUST LEAVE A REVIEW. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! YOUR WORD SHOULD BE YOUR BOND.

    After seeing the car I wanted online, I contacted David through email and worked out a pre-approval and some rough terms over the phone. It's a two-hour... drive from me to the dealer, so it was important that I was comfortable with any terms before making the drive. David was very helpful and flexible with this. Once arriving at the dealer, they already had the car cleaned up and waiting. David was a pleasure to work with and the dealership was very flexible in giving me what I owed on my trade-in to help move along the sale. He was also quite helpful in getting me approved for terms that I was very happy with. The owner even came and spoke with me briefly, which is rare in dealerships these days. The finance manager was great and very nice to talk with. The whole process was a breeze! I've purchased 5 cars now, and this was by far the best buying experience I've had. Great communication, great attitudes, and very helpful. I would hands-down recommend them for anyone looking for a Nissan. Well worth the drive, (which is pretty scenic once you're off I-20)! Thanks!

    I posted this review elsewhere, but I wanted to share my experience on the original site where I found the car. I have had a couple of awful car buying... experiences in the past 10 years and this one was shaping up to be bad as well. I was looking for a used Nissan Leaf and everyone I spoke with was either ignorant of EVs or wouldn't negotiate price (those no-hassle places rip you off with the fees). Some places were both. After about a month-long exhaustive search, I decided to look further away (I'm in Central Florida) and I found a Leaf at a decent price with low mileage at Childre (as well as one from ZOOM, an online dealership). At Childre, after an initial phone call with a salesman who didn't seem to know much about it, I ended up speaking with Josh Coffey. To my surprise, he was the first (and only) person at a dealership who actually knew something about EVs. I asked him to charge it up for me and let me know what the range was at 100%. He knew exactly what I was asking for and had it done within a couple of hours (it literally took one dealership I spoke with 3 days to do this for me for another Leaf). He gave me the total price up front and we were able to smoothly negotiate the price over the phone. I never felt like he was using any deceptive sales practices with me and we were able to talk honestly about what I needed. Ultimately, it came down to price with the 2 Leafs I was looking at. When I told Josh Zoom would deliver and with them I'd have to come get it, he immediately offered to have it carted down to me. Once we settled on price, they beat the online dealership at the bottom line. From there, everything went smoothly. So smoothly, in fact, that I was convinced something was wrong. But, again to my surprise, everything worked out. A super-nice older gentlemen named Johnny brought the car down on a trailer, showed me the features, gave my wife a quick tutorial, and we sat at the end of the trailer on a perfect day in Daytona signing paperwork and enjoying the breeze. The entire delivery experience was great. Josh called within 30 minutes of the completion of the sale to see how things went and to make sure I was satisfied. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Josh, Johnny, and Childre Nissan. Around 75% of the online reviews I've done have been negative, so it's good to write a positive one after an experience like this one. Overall, it was the best experience I've had with buying a car. I love the Leaf and I hope to do business with them again in the future.

    Had a flyer went in to collect and was informed validation code didn't match, in talking with salesman he told me thst the guy in the photo came in this... morning winning 10000 dollars and was pictured with the owner. That's funny because this flyer was in the mail today, must had printing presses on standby with the post office waiting for them to deliver. Scam, scam! Avoid them.

    After making an appointment to look at a used vehicle with Mr. Middleton and driving 1-1/2 hrs, it was sold 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Mr. Middleton... didn't recognize my name upon my arrival. He didn't tell me that I could have put a deposit to hold it and certainly didn't have the courtesy to phone me when it was sold prior to my arrival. Worst experience at a dealership I have had in my life!

    I was interested in one particular car but unfortunately it was already sold. Mr. David Bullard found a vehicle that was even better. He is considerate,... hard working and focus to getting you into the right reliable vehicle. I've also noticed a lot of customers that probably have not purchased their vehicle with them, prefer to bring their vehicle to Childre Nissan to be serviced. Ron and Paul are also very knowledgeable and professional. Great service!

    They chested me out of $200.00 and I will never forget. They could not even get the vin number right, had to do it myself. David Bullard was complacent... and David Middleton is a condescending smooth talker. I urge everyone to avoid this dealership and never take anything at face value, they will chop you off at the knees.
