They Damaged my car during service
I purchased a new 2019 Infiniti q 60 from Perry INFINITI escondido. We negotiated the price over the phone and it was a pleasant experience. That’s when the good ended. My car had a big scratch in the front bumper when I purchased it and I was promised they will fix it. I took my car 3 weeks after I bought it rob get its bumper painted and after i picked up the car I noticed dents in the hood and scratches on one of the rims and front bumper. I wasn’t too worried about it because I thought they will take care of it, but I was wrong. They denied any responsibility and went as far as calling me a liar. After an horrendous argument with the sales manager EDDY RUTHERFURD (a nobody with no real power to make decisions who is probably a college drop out loser) I was told that the service manager Dan Arrington will call me and see what we could come up with, which was absolutely more of the same not taking responsibility for the damage nonsense. I decided that the best thing for me was not having anything to do with these people. All around a bad experience who took away the joy of having purchased a new car. I love Infiniti’s and I think they are great cars but the world is full of people who will never accept that they make mistakes.

Pristine car showed up with 5 dents and scratches
We bought a use BMW sight unseen as we were moving to SD from out of state. Our « pristine » car showed up with 5 obvious dents and a 1,5 inch scratch so bad that it showed bare metal. All of our several attempts to find an agreement with Perry Infiniti of Escondido were turned down. They will not see us again.

Dealership is terrible. Buyer Beware. Read yelp reviews too. Brian the sales manager is a typical car salesman (misleading) bought new car, was told they would handle everything including the few payments on my old car. They didnt received bill from Infiniti for over 3k. Gm Arnold, was no help either. they really didnt care. bought 4 cars from the dealership in the past. have owned over 16 Infiniti's. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER. Additionally, After dealing with the horrible people at perry Infiniti and buying 16 Infiniti cars. We will no longer be buying anymore. Both the dealership and the company really didnt care. Consumer affairs offered us some free lube and oil changes after we were lied to and stone walled by perry Infiniti. Perry Infiniti lied about taking care of our lease trade in. They didnt. Instead we got a bill from Infiniti for the total bill. We bought 4 cars alone from perry Infiniti. So many years of loyalty and they offer us some oil change's. No more
Overall experience was amazing. I loved the personal touch and salespersons' attitude to the buying process . Please add more used cars variety in stock.
