What a joke
I came in to order a Emissions sticker for my vehicle , which requires taking my vin number down, and submitting an order . Instead They told me drive to a different dealership (40 min away) and they have it in stock. This is impossible, it is a special order Emissions sticker that needs MY VIN on it, it cannot be in stock anywhere. Then told me the only way the can start this process is to take my car to their service department , have them write up a ticket and locate my VIN. Seriously!?!?! Worst parts department I have ever witnessed and a waste of my time, went to another dealership, done and ordered in 5 minutes.
