VERY Happy with Service at Bill Utter

I work with Eddie Church for all of my maintenance and repairs and I've been very happy. He makes sure that all work is done quickly and he communicates very well during the process. I've worked with Eddie for things as simple as an oil change and as major as drivetrain and sunroof repairs and he has been outstanding every time. I recently purchased my third vehicle from Bill Utter and Eddie is a big part of why I keep coming back.

Awesome Jim Houghton was the best

Awesome. No pressure. Jim was very helpful and forthcoming. I dare say I trusted my salesman. Lol. I will definitely follow Jim Houghton as a salesman. Bill utter very accommodating

Oil change and tire rotation

The oil change and tire rotation took about 1 1/2 hrs total. The only suggestion I have would be to do a quick car wash after service. That would be awesome!

Great dealership!

Mike Rodriguez gives this dealership a good name. He wasn’t pushy, explained everything very well, and gave me some good advice. Thanks for finding a way to get me into a new vehicle and out of the negative equity.

45,000 mile service

First let me tell you about Sharon that works in the cashier department. When Greg told me to see the cashier to sign up for the shuttle, Sharon was there and immediately got the clip board and signed me up. She informed me that the driver has taken someone to Denton and would be back shortly. Sharon was extremely polite and helpful. Sharon then told me that there was coffee to my left and a waiting area. She went out of her way to accommodate me unlike some of the other cashiers that you used to have. I witnessed her help the cashier next to her with a problem without being rude to that person. When I returned to pay my bill Sharon was just as pleasant to me and everyone else. As Always, Greg was very helpful and polite. Today I has to return because the person that changed my oil forgot to place the information sticker inside my windshield. While I was waiting in the Express area for someone, Sharon saw me and asked if I needed any help. Sharon+++
