Amazing quick find...SUV for our Dad
Talked w/ Carl Anderson on the phone who put me in touch w/ Phil. I gave Phil the details we needed for my 90 yr old dad who's 90's model Suburban was no longer dependable and in less than 48 hrs we have a 2011 Ford Escape that is way more than I asked. Super quick, way easy to work with and outstanding help! My dad and care giver are EXTREMELY happy & that makes his kids happy! Blessings! Ronny Miller

Slow and Awkward
I have had my Focus for 2 years and bring it here every time for service. If no one comes to greet you when you pull up it is extremely awkward to walk into the service center with about 10 desks full of people and not one of them says anything to you. So you have to awkwardly stand there until someone deems it necessary to talk to you. I dropped my car off around lunch time for an oil change. I then got a call/Voicemail around 3PM asking me to call back. I called back 4 times and no one ever picked up the phone. So I called the main line and waited for them to find the man doing my service. He told me I needed 4 new tires and new filters which is totally fine but when I asked for the price of the tires he said he would have to call me back. So I waited 45 more mins for him to call me back and then did not want the tires after the quote was high and so he said wait 30 more mins before coming in to get my car. So it took this dealership 4 hours and 6 phone calls to complete a simple oil change.
