Selling damaged cars as new car
They delivered us a new lease and the car came damaged from accident . Stay away from them I just dispute the charge on them !

I purchased a used 2017 gmc sierra 1500 SLT crew cab 4x4 om memorial day weekend of 2019 since then this truck has been a night mare with transmission jolting problems and loud popping noise when you turn the steering wheel at a slow speed and the engine has a sewing machine sound and the engine shakes and jitters and the paint on this truck looks like it had some kind of repairs looks like they did some kind of Mickey mouse paint job at their facility on this truck. With in a week I took it to their service department and they are a joke, they told me that that's how gmc sound and that jolting problem with the transmission that they reset it and that it should go away and that the steering popping sound was that it wasn't lubricated so they lubricated it and that that should do it and they sent me on my way...... by the time I got to my house all the issues and problems were still there the transmission jolting the popping on the steering wheel from turning it and everything else....I have tried to reach out to the general manager and they just give me this BS that hes not there or that hes in a meeding mainly lying. The whole sales managing and service managing are a complete joke and scammers......I recommend to anyone do not buy a used vehicle here or bring your vehicle to the service department.....I believe this dealer is purchasing at auction damaged vehicles and repairing them at their service and body shop department then reselling them to the public knowing they have issues and are not to par. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!! FRAUD AND SCAMMERS.....DO NOT SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE....I'M MAKING A REPORT ALSO WITH THE B.B.B AFTER I GET OFF FROM WORK TODAY

Bought a new 2019 yukon xl at north county Buick gmc. Waited over 1 week to receive the vehicle from another dealership. Never recieved the vehicle! I was told they sold it to someone else! Breach of contract? xxx!

...dealer bamboozled me
I purchased my lease end of February... was supposed to get a refund of my overpayment. The dealer sent the finance company less my overpayment, yet has not given me a refund or clarified or adjusted my contract. I have called and left messages, emailed the general manager, floor manager, and the salesperson. No response.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Larry was helpful in getting our splash protection pan repaired. We were also able to ha ve a loaner car to use. We are from out of town and appreciated the good service.

Excellent Customer Service
Dealership answered all of my questions and helped me in every possible way of getting the vehicle I was looking for. They were super knowledgeable about the car and showed me things I didn't even know from my research online. I dealt with Jade who was super friendly and made sure the whole process was quick and easy. Dealership is clean and everyone was super friendly. I never felt pressured and felt I got a very good deal. Even met sales manager who was also helpful. I leased my car and will for sure be return to get my next car here as well. I have no experience yet in the service department but there was a nice waiting area. I highly recommend!

Did not purchase car from dealer. The used vehicle I was interested in did not pass their pre sale inspection as a trade in. Excellent communication from the Internet sales manager.
