    I had issues with A/X and RR tail light (persistent issue). These were known issues and GMC covered repairs for both. I dropped the vehicle off, repairs... were made, and I picked it up the next day. Larry S., as always was attentive and helpful. The vehicle works great again.

    We have bought three GMC trucks, none of them from San Diego. Their strong arm tactics and poor response from inquiries left a sour taste in my mouth again.... My wife loves their service department but it is unlikely I will ever feel comfortable there again. I still haven't bought a truck and they still have two there. No response from my emails. Oh well. I will try again up North. Such a hassle and not a good business practice.

    They sell damaged cars as a new car . They delivered a new car with damage on it and they want to fix it insted of replace it lol

    We have been to see Larry at NC GMC about 10 times now with the same problems of a water leak from the windshield area and reoccurring complete power outages... in our 2015 Yukon XL. Even though I would feel like we have been there enough, every time it seems like you're starting from scratch with these guys. Larry talks to my wife like she's an idiot and asks me stupid questions like "do you know what a pinch weld is"? Talks down to customers and has a laissez-fair approach to any real problems you are having with the vehicle. He continues to document our concerns incorrectly in their system and has even made things up and documented them in the dealer records, despite several attempts by us to correct. Larry's first goal is to try to convince you that whatever is wrong should not be covered under warranty, even if it's a factory windshield leak going back before we purchased it and then lying to our face about it and wanting to spend money installing a new one. His favorite phrase is: "we could not replicate the problem". The best part is when they bother having their own customer service people call you for a review and you tell them they are awful, you still won't get a followup by anyone in management. Sad state of affairs for a dealership selling "luxury cars"

    I purchased a used 2017 gmc sierra 1500 SLT crew cab 4x4 om memorial day weekend of 2019 since then this truck has been a night mare with transmission... jolting problems and loud popping noise when you turn the steering wheel at a slow speed and the engine has a sewing machine sound and the engine shakes and jitters and the paint on this truck looks like it had some kind of repairs looks like they did some kind of Mickey mouse paint job at their facility on this truck. With in a week I took it to their service department and they are a joke, they told me that that's how gmc sound and that jolting problem with the transmission that they reset it and that it should go away and that the steering popping sound was that it wasn't lubricated so they lubricated it and that that should do it and they sent me on my way...... by the time I got to my house all the issues and problems were still there the transmission jolting the popping on the steering wheel from turning it and everything else....I have tried to reach out to the general manager and they just give me this BS that hes not there or that hes in a meeding mainly lying. The whole sales managing and service managing are a complete joke and scammers......I recommend to anyone do not buy a used vehicle here or bring your vehicle to the service department.....I believe this dealer is purchasing at auction damaged vehicles and repairing them at their service and body shop department then reselling them to the public knowing they have issues and are not to par. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!! FRAUD AND SCAMMERS.....DO NOT SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE....I'M MAKING A REPORT ALSO WITH THE B.B.B AFTER I GET OFF FROM WORK TODAY

    Bought a new 2019 yukon xl at north county Buick gmc. Waited over 1 week to receive the vehicle from another dealership. Never recieved the vehicle!... I was told they sold it to someone else! Breach of contract? xxx!

    I purchased my lease end of February... was supposed to get a refund of my overpayment. The dealer sent the finance company less my overpayment, yet... has not given me a refund or clarified or adjusted my contract. I have called and left messages, emailed the general manager, floor manager, and the salesperson. No response.
