Took truck in with ABS light on. I payed the 176.00 diagnoses fee. After problem located they would have to order part to fix. I would have not thought a thing about this but everyone customer in waiting room was told same thing. This seems like the dealership is not keeping parts to make customers have to return and have to pay for labor twice. I will not be returning in the future.

Customer Service
Had issues with what turned out to be a transmission change, although I did not purchase from Sandlin they treated me as good as family. Sarah in service dept was exceptional. It was some what of a shock to discover what I thought was a miss was transmission. She explained what she could do and cost involved. It’s the people that make the dealership and after discussing with dealership I did buy truck from I could see what a difference people make on how customer is treated. Sarah is a asset to Sandlin Chevy. Thanks to her they did the work needed on time & on budget. Very professional, they/she made a unpleasant situation a positive experience.

STAY AWAY
I took my vehicle to get diagnosed for the check engine light. My vehicle has two batteries. They couldn?t diagnose my vehicle because one battery had corrosion on one battery terminal and wasn?t getting ?proper voltage.? I took my truck previously to a different shop that diagnosed the issue, and they told me exactly what was wrong with it. The reason why I took my vehicle to the Chevy dealer was because the problem was covered under my extended warranty services, and I was trying to save money. But I ended up paying 427$ dollars and some change for them to check it, flash my computer, and then replacing my battery so they could further diagnose the issue. They never fixed the problem. I took it to the original shop I went to previously and they fixed the problem. I have been told by multiple people to not go to sandlins to get any service work done, now I believe it! If I have to do anymore warranty work, I?m going somewhere else!

Great Service Department. Bad Sales Staff
Was going to buy a suburban that I looked at for my daughter whose house and vehicle was lost in a fire. I stopped by Saturday and saw a vehicle that would work for my daughters family. Saw the window sticker and told the dealer rep Juan that I would send my daughter there on Monday. She arrived and started the process. Problem started. They came back with the paperwork and the car was about 2500 more on the price. Would ever not want to deal with this group. One more comment. The dealer reps from sales to inventory have been trying to get my business for 5 years. They said anyway
