I bought a new 22 Mazda CX-30 in Nov 22. I received only 2 complimentary oil changes, but I am happy to say glad the free oil changes are done. They are the most unfriendly service people I have ever encountered. I asked to drop my car off in the morning and have a loan for work until lunch and return for my car. Absolutely would NOT accommodate me. They did not top off fluids and they had oil all over my white car. Had to immediately go to car wash (had to also do this on my first oil change). I would recommend the sales and financing departments for Med Center but absolutely not the service department. I am praying I never have to have them do real work on my car as I have no confidence in this at all.

I would highly recommend Med Center Mazda.
I would highly recommend Med Center Mazda. The no haggling is amazing. The sticker price is what we paid. Our Salesman, Will didn’t make us feel like he was just trying to make a sale. There were no Upcharges or dealers fees. What else can I say! Med Center Mazda is super clean, have snacks and free drinks. I will be referring family and friends.
