    Charlie made buying a new Ram very easy. Mark was there helping to find the right truck I was looking for. His knowledge of "how it works" was incredible. Then there was Rebecca handling paperwork. The "Sales Family", as a group, worked together, from working the numbers to the final signing of the papers. It was so easy, that I almost bought 2......lol. This was one of the most comfortable purchases I've ever made. Great truck.....great people.....great time !!!

    Still waiting for dealership to payoff trade in. I was told by Joe in finance on 5-8-2017 that check would be sent out on 5-10- 2017 and Bank should receive by 5-12-17. My Bank has yet to receive check. As of right now I would not recommend dealership. Bought new truck from them on 4-28-17.

    My husband and went to this dealership the other night and it was really busy. We decided to return tonight to test drive a couple of cars we were interested in. I met one of the managers named Joe and he stated he would do something special tonight because we came back at a less busier time. Unfortunately he did not let us drive the Charger Hellcat. How can you not let a customer drive a car to see if your interested in it? Blows my mind. The Hellcat may be their top dollar vehicle but We have test drive cars without any hassle at other dealerships that cost a lot more than a $70,000 Dodge. We are not impressed. The salesman also stated the lease deals for the Hellcat was only for 2016 models. Wait til I tell Dodge about that when their advertising stated differently. I went home and build and priced a 2017 Hellcat leasing at $506/month. Net priced at $68,740. We will try our luck at Earnhardt instead. What a disappointment. I thought Superstion Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge was better than that. All we got tonight was non genuine BS. They just lost a sale!

    car sales man nickname bear lied to me over phone to come and drive 60 miles to see him and he would make me a great offer on my trade in and give me a great price on the new car i wanted.All lies right to my face .I will never ever buy a car from them or recommend them to anybody.

    Took vehicle to this location due to a recall related problem. First, the vehicle was at the service center all day, and I did not receive an phone calls or updates, after being told I would be contacted the same day. I had to contact the business at the end of the day, and the service employee was extremely rude over the telephone. I went to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle, after they refused to complete recall work. I dealt with Service Consultant/Assistant Service Manager Amber McFarland. The conversation started out cordial; however, she became very rude and antagonizing within two minutes, refusing to have the service center complete the recall work, and ultimately charging me for "diagnosing" the problem, which according to her there was no problem with my vehicle. Luckily, I called Jeep, and they were able to help me schedule the recall work to be completed in Scottsdale, at a different dealership. I had planned on getting my vehicle fixed, and trading it in for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and at first, after the horrible experience with Amber, I decided not to. If all goes well at the dealership in Scottsdale, they will get my business for a new vehicle purchase. I do not recommend Superstition Springs Chrysler for service whatsoever, and I would not doubt that Amber represents the customer service culture at this particular dealership. Unfortunately, her customer service was extremely poor, and her demeanor was unprofessional.

    We have no complaints about the actual purchase and Owen who helped us. But there was confusion about the running boards we agreed upon and what we ended up with. However, that mix-up was finally resolved and we love our new truck! I would still recommend CJSSCJD to my friends and family if they are in the market for a new vehicle. Mix-ups happen and Angel of the service dept. did his best to resolve the situation, which we appreciated! Thank you!
