Randy is the best service person I had ever had to work with he is very professional and understanding of all that I needed to be done to my car . I had never met him in person but I can tell you every time my car goes to him for service I get videos and phone calls and follow up so I am always in the loop with all that’s going on with my vehicle . My service went fine and Randy Wright did a good job. The issue I had which Randy is aware of is I brought in a very clean car and left with a dusty, water plashed car. I didn’t notice how dirty it was until after I drove away. I let Randy know and he offered to detail the car but I’m not interested in a 20 mile drive each way to bring the car back again. Very disappointing.
