Caring service department
I had some maintenence work done on the car. I had an appointment that was kept on time. They washed my car twice! This was because my car was left over the weekend at the dealership and the service manager asked me if I would like another wash because the car looked a little dusty. Vert caring.

Highly recommend Scottsdale Ferrari
Sally in service was great (a fellow lady racer!) and Dave in sales was knowledgeable and professional. It was the last year for my 7 year maintenance plan. The shop did a thorough job, dealership provided a loaner and work was completed in a timely manner. It’s a 2 hour drive for me to get my Ferrari serviced at this dealership and it’s worth it. Footnote: my husband bought his first Ferrari from this dealership 20 years ago. We still have the car.

I agree with previous customer comment, Russell does a great job in communicating and providing timely information during the service process. I service two cars there and never feel disappointed.

New Clutch

When my baby needed a new clutch, they stepped up - F1 transmissions are fragile - and need a soft touch - my baby found that here.
